I just watched TLJ and I noticed something..

Ok, this is a bit of a weirder theory. In TFA, when Rey is having the visions from touching Luke’s saber, we see a younger version of herself crying as her parents leave. Notice how her hair is the exact same? She keeps her hair the same so her parents can recognise her. Same with her clothes. Then in TLJ, her hair comes out when she falls into the water. Se could have easily idea it back up, but she didn’t. She kept it different. O think that this was symbolic. She still was looking for her parents, she still believed, but now she’s accepted the fact that they’re gone. The old her is gone. She let the past die
