Hey everyone! I've noticed lately that we've gotten a lot of new followers all of a sudden, and to all of you: Welcome! Unfortunately, I've been out of the DI world for going on two years now, so I have no new memes to submit. Since this blog was largely composed of mod submissions, I now turn to all of you!

I am definitely still willing to run this blog, but I need your help! Think of dumb DI related shit that has happened to you. Make a meme of it. Talk to your teammates. Have them create shit. Tournament season is approaching, which means that everything is about to go to hell. I want to know about it. Put it on a bird, and drop it in the submit.

Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that your blog is absolute perfection! I'm on my 3rd year of DI (6th at Globals 1st year, 2nd at Globals last year!), YAY!! Hope to see you in Tennessee in the spring!! :D

Mod Update:

Hey everyone! Sorry about not posting at all since basically Globals last year. I am awful at running blogs, and I apologize. (Also at some point I managed to make it so asks didn't show up anymore? I'm still not quite sure how I managed that so, again, I apologize.)

My quest to find a college-level DI team has been unsuccessful (which I am still horribly bitter about) and so I will probably not be able to come up with any new Derp Birds this year. This means it is now up to YOU, dear followers, to make sure that FYDIDB continues to be somewhat active. I'll do my best to come up with new memes, but most of them will probably end up being related to the Team Manager side of the program, which is not nearly as much fun. And just looking at the challenges this year, I'm sure something crazy has gone on already. So please send us a meme! Or something! Please!
