who is your favorite character from teen wolf?

Marin Morrell and Danny Mahealani tie for first, second, and third place.

You about to make me rant. 

I love them because what little screen time they had has left a big impression on me and I genuinely want to know more about them. I don’t think I need to explain how they’re being mistreated do I?

The season Danny could have been most helpful, he was nowhere to be found, and there was no explanation for it. Because high school students just go missing all the time in Beacon Hills and no one bats an eye at it, except that one time Erica and Boyd went missing. Not someone who has had scenes with everyone involved in the supernatural happenings. Not to mention someone who has been indirectly involved in it/nearby. Like he was always around when some supernatural shit was going down did anyone else catch that?

Like Ms. Morrell, disarmed Allison (who has proven herself a capable warrior) disarmed her in less then a second. Was capable of leaving Scott clues while still working with Deucalion and not giving herself away. When she did that Mountain Ash Circle, that shit was flawless, not to mention it sent two super charged alphas flying. When Jennifer did it later, I didn’t even care that hers looked like a tornado p.s. her circle wasn’t even a perfect circle. 

One of those random ass seasons could have literally been a deeper look into Druidism. Explain why Marin and Alan aren’t exactly on speaking terms. 

“It’s a little too late to be playing Big Brother don’t you think.” Did that mean they siblings (it was later revealed when Jennifer kidnapped him.) But at the time that could have literally meant Deaton’s just observing approach to the supernatural, not actually wanting to be apart of it.

Basically Teen Wolf is a mess, and my two favorite characters hardly have screen time, and while that majorly sucks it’s also kind of okay, because it gives the writers less chance to fuck them up, like they did, Lydia, Isaac, Allison, Derek. etc etc etc.

Head-canon: Laura and Marin were close as teenagers - more than just best friends. They had plans to build a pack together, Alpha and Emissary, side by side. They had plans before everything fell apart. Before the fire, and death. Before Laura decided to leave Beacon Hills.

Maybe one day, when they were healed enough, when Laura was ready to return, they could try again…

I know that it’s too much to hope for, but I have to say that 5b would be the perfect season to bring Marin Morrell back.

Lydia’s going to be in Eichen House, Deucalion is back, Braeden’s going to be hanging around again, the tagline for the season is “To Hell and Back”…

I just really miss her and want her back, okay? Back and kicking ass. She would fit seamlessly into the plot this coming season because she’s already connected to so much of it.

You know, every time I re-watch Season 2 there is always a scene that sticks out to me:

Ms. Morrell: From the state of things, I think you could use a little guidance. Are you really going to leave all of this up to a couple of kids?

Deaton: They’re more capable than you think.

Ms. Morrell: And are you going to tell them what’s coming?

Deaton: They’ve got enough to worry about.

What was Morrell giving hinting at? The Alpha pack coming to town? The reawakening of the Nemeton? Or something yet to come?

And if it’s either of the final two, do the Druids know more of what’s to come than they lead on? Or was the Nemeton gaining power again inevitable?
