With QSMP 2 just around the corner, there's a lot of confusion and misinformation going around in regards to the infamous "QSMP admins scandal" of 2024, and there hasn't been a convenient and accessible way to familiarize yourself with the situation... until today.

How Quackity Studios Got Away With Workplace Abuse provides a timeline of the events that transpired between March 3, 2024 and May 24, 2024, a detailed description of the issues revealed by the ex-admins, and addresses some discourse concerns that I’d seen floating around.

You can read it as a Google document, or watch it as a YouTube video. (Though please note that the video version will not contain any information or changes added to the document post initial release and might have different wording to accommodate for the different format.)

On one hand: the increasing level of political violence in the United States is very concerning, especially considering our gun problem. I do not want to live in a culture where assassinations are frequent, and it’s legit terrifying how much of a powder keg we’re in.

On the other hand: Charlie Kirk reaped what he sowed. It’s impossible to overstate the level of harm this man did. He acted as a propaganda arm for fascists and billionaires, advocated against the rights of women and minorities (he proudly said he would force his 10yo to give birth if she were raped and impregnated), and railed against reforming the very gun culture that killed him.

Still incredibly stressed cuz this means I gotta REALLY start researching luggage and flights so I can go to where better support systems are

Honestly considering flying first class?

1) When will I get the chance again?

2) Cuz it's a 2.5 hour flight it's about $300 [usd]

3) It'd cost abt the same to fly economy with 1 checked bag as to just pay for first class and get 2 checked bags AND have a meal included 🤷

The store I work at is very fucked and actively falling apart, so, might not be cursed with job for long.

(2 shift leads, no associate manager, no store manager. Been through abt 6 general and district managers since February, the most recent of which "worked" *one* day then went on vacation. 🫠 1 shift lead is geared up to quit already and the other wasn't sure she was gonna come back after she has her kid in a month-ish. 🫠🫠)
