2 years later and I still cant get over that little kiss between Ryan Reynolds and Andrew Garfield when Ryan Gosling won the Golden Globe award over Deadpool
Then later on The Stephen Colbert Show; Stephen asked Andrew if he was comfortable kissing men
And Andrew just
sorta went
Then Stephen
kinda just
leaned back in

WHEN WAS THIS AND WHY AM I HEARING ABOUT IT NOW?!?!??!!
Zuko going into an angst coma because he made the right decision.
That moment when you make so many bad decisions in life that your body thinks it’s a virus when you finally do the right thing.
More like: When your father has told you that everything you’ve done is wrong and that one time you thought you were in the right he burned off half your face and banished you, so you start going into panic mode when you’re right for once because you’re mentally bracing yourself to experience violence again.
Big oof energy
OMG YOU GUYS
Bakudeku Jumanji AU with Deku as Alan Perish, Bakugou as Sarah Whittle and Mahoro and Katsuma as Judy and Peter!!!!!!!!
So, Bakugou was actually pretty tame until he realized that Deku figured something out faster than him.. Hmmmmmmm
Like damn, remember when he said that he thought Deku was always looking down on him?
You know... as a Bakudeku shipper, I could say that Baku was angry because Deku came to see the villain instead of gawk at Baku and it made him jealous... but I won’t.
...
Oh who am I kidding?! I thought that as soon as I finished reading the dialogue bubbles!!!

Florida Judge Sentences 21-Year-Old to 10 Days in Jail for Oversleeping and Missing Jury Duty
Talk about getting an “n-word wake up call” —to quote legendary comic Paul Mooney. A young black man, who said he overslept and missed jury duty, got the book thrown at him.
Whether or not we are now considering missing jury duty a crime, a judge in Florida says it is—and it’s punishable by law. 21-year-old Deandre Somerville was sentenced to 10 days in jail plus one year of probation and 150 hours of community service after failing to show up for a trial in August.
According to NBC News, the West Palm Beach, Fla., native was chosen as a juror Aug. 20 for a civil trial in Florida’s 15th judicial circuit and was ordered to return the following day at 9:30 a.m. He reportedly woke up late and sought answers online regarding possible punishments for missing jury duty.
“I should have called,” he told the outlet. “But I was kind of nervous. I also went online to look up what could really happen, and I didn’t really see too much there. … [It looked like] nobody actually ever really went to jail for it.”
A rude awakening, literally, soon came upon him.
Somerville, who works for the West Palm Beach Parks and Recreation Department’s afterschool programs, was cited for criminal contempt of the court by Palm Beach County Circuit Judge John S. Kastrenakes on Sept. 23.
“When a juror is selected and sworn, the administration of justice in this courthouse depends on you following the orders of the court,” Kastrenakes said, according to court records, adding that the trial was delayed for almost an hour while the court waited for the young man.
In addition to an initial sentence of 10 days in jail, one year of probation and 150 hours of community service, Somerville was also required to write a letter of apology to the court and pay $223 to cover court costs.
At the hearing Friday, Somerville, who said the jail sentence—which he served—was “a little overdone” and read his letter of apology aloud to the court.
“This was an immature decision that I made and I paid for with my freedom,” the letter read, according to NBC News. “I am extremely sorry for my actions. I also sincerely apologize for delaying the trial by 45 minutes and not being considerate of other people’s time.”
“I know I may have to live with a record that follows me for the rest of my life,” the letter continued. “This was definitely a learning experience and a wake-up call for me. … I’m determined to not let this define who I am and what my future will be.”
During the hearing, his probation was reduced to three months and his community service requirement was reduced to 30 hours. Somerville, who plans to be a firefighter, told the Associated Press that he prayed daily and wrote in a notebook.
“I feel like I didn’t need any rehabilitation… I just made a mistake,” he told NBC News.

Fucking ridiculous. Jail time, probation fees, a fine, community service and a record for life for oversleeping while Black… The judge singled him out because “he was the only African American.” 🙄
They be like, “But this has nothing to do with rac—”
Bullshit! It has everything to do with race, and about getting as many black men involved in the criminal justice system as possible. All that punishment and rehab just for oversleeping is ridiculous. Why? Because when you’re a black man and you make anyfucking mistake at all, then you need to have the hammer of justice brought down on you to teach you never to fuck up again.

My Hero Academia the Movie: Heroes Rising Final Trailer || Midoriya and Bakugo
This is a summary of college only using two pictures; expensive as hell.
That’s my Sociology “book”. In fact what it is is a piece of paper with codes written on it to allow me to access an electronic version of a book. I was told by my professor that I could not buy any other paperback version, or use another code, so I was left with no option other than buying a piece of paper for over $200. Best part about all this is my professor wrote the books; there’s something hilariously sadistic about that. So I pretty much doled out $200 for a current edition of an online textbook that is no different than an older, paperback edition of the same book for $5; yeah, I checked. My mistake for listening to my professor.
This is why we download.

Spreading this shit like nutella because goddamn textbooks are so expensive.
not necessarily art related but as someone who couldn’t afford their textbooks this semester this is a godsend
REBLOGGING because after a little digging, I found my $200 textbook for free in PDF form.
friendly reminder that this exists since I know we’re all going back to college soon
I spent over 500$ on textbooks for 1 semester and only used one of them.
This was………………. the drag of the century

Proud Family / Culture Shock (S03E03)
It’s a shame that this show was pretty hit or miss because when it DID hit (like this episode and the Kwanzaa one), it was one of the wokest shows on 2000′s Disney.
Don’t forget the episode where Penny dreams she’s back in the 60s!
Or the one where she went off on the football coach that called her “babydoll”
The best part is the fact that out of the two of them Martha Stewart was the one who went to prison.
Wait…what?
Wiiiiild. He did commit murder (in self defense - no judging) and America‘s Best Housewife was sent to jail because of insider trading, securities fraud, obstruction of justice and conspiracy. This is wiiiiiild 😄😄😄
also he has every right to make fun of kanye west considering snoop has had a successful career for about two decades including his own cookbook and appearing in movies whereas kanye is a flat earther who had to crowdfund another album because he ran out of money despite kim kardashian being with him, not having the money to produce another album should be the metric when you know you can tell a musician has failed somewhere in either money management or actually being a musician rather then a famous trainwreck
snoop dogg is a good man who loves cooking, nature, and supporting the dreams of young children in poverty. kanye west helped get trump elected.
I love shit like this that’s equally true and funny.
