I saw your tags about watersports on my post, thought you might find the term Omorashi helpful? It refers to arousal from bladder control/pee desperation specifically (obviously has lots of crossover w watersports/wetting!)

The desperation hitting so quick because they drank so much so quickly, and the bulge slowly shifting from their tummy to their bladder. The liquid sloshing around in their belly as they hold and dance around as the desperation hits, they need to hold longer bc they don’t want that bloat to go down already! there’s something so so cute to me about faux preg. like oh you sweet thing. you’re just so desperate to be knocked up that you have to get by through pretending. either being so determined to make a fake bump with stuff they have laying around, or being so desperate for the real thing that they buy something meant for that exact purpose. either way, they’re so content with their cute bump hiding under their clothes. even if they just sit alone behind close doors and admire how they look, how it feels to get around while swollen silly, imagining that somebody else’s baby is inside of them because they want it so badly. it’s all so good
