i mean a realistic portrayal of lesbianism would be like…realize you’re gay in your teens but don’t date throughout all of high school…first relationship at age 18-21 and you have some kind of issue around sex/touch…like just based on the lesbians I know…i genuinely know maybe two lesbians who dated in high school. Like the coming of age drama plotline is so out of touch with the experiences of virtually every lesbian I know

Due to the departure of Admin River, the remainder of the Admin team thought it would be best to open up Admin Applications to fill the vacancy. We’ve considered this for some time as we’ve each become busier and busier in our day to day lives and can’t give the network the attention it needs.

So in lieu of this, we are searching for two Admins and one Queuing Assistant.

Admin Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Admin Responsibilities/Expectations

Basic knowledge of html coding

Able to cooperate with the other admins

Willingness to participate in the planning of events

Understanding of the tag system and willing to fill the queue

Queueing Assistant Responsibilities/Expectations

Knowledge of the tags used for the network and network events

Become familiar with the tag system

Able to queue at least twice a week

Only reblog content from members

Alert the admins to any post that breaks the rules

Ask questions if you’re unsure how to tag/what to tag
