I won the 2004 Hugo Award for Best short story for an H. P. Lovecraft /Arthur Conan Doyle mashup fiction, so fanfiction had better be legitimate, because I'm not giving the Hugo back.

Or the 20O5 Locus Award for Best Novelette. I'm not giving that back either.

This is my last post about rivamika and aot in general.

It has come to my attention that the RM fandom has toxic members who have insidiously tried to divide the fandom through unseemly methods (i.e., manipulation of the truth, division of shippers etc.). It’s not new to receive hate messages especially if you are a big account in tumblr or any social media accounts. If you are a veteran, I am assuming that you are already immunized with the hate since Levi’s age and last name reveal.

Though it’s true that the quarantine brought new shippers on board. If you are a rivamika since 2013-2014 like me, you can clearly spot the difference. I have seen several true and fake faces in this fandom too, probably one of the reason why I am making this last post.

I made this post with 2 objectives in mind. One is to end the pathetic war within the RM fandom itself, and second is to warn all RM shippers.

Fulfilling the first, I noticed the mini war between RM monoshippers and RM multishippers. Although I’ve never seen any multishippers who defended themselves other than me from that sketchy ask from an anon, I don’t think that the monoshippers has a right to conclude anything. I think there are important things to ask yourself before you believe this “supposed war”, like on what ground? Do I have any evidences that multishippers asked the hate asks? What is my basis? Is it reliable? Do I know that there are RM multishippers who felt uncomfortable with the attack? And most importantly, am I aware that I am driving my co-shippers out of my own fandom/OTP? Having this in mind, do I still consider my ship as the most peaceful shippers in this toxic fandom? Are those claims and assumptions reliable enough? Maybe? Am I getting uncertain? Yes? Then why attack the multishippers? Please be mindful of your words as we should not be divided. As part of a fandom we should know better to not antagonize people who dont have the same opinions as ourself. I’m sure at the end of the day all of us just want to ship RivaMika.

Fulfilling the second, let me just remind all of you that like other shipping fandoms, RM is not excluded for having toxic shippers. I’ve seen someone who backstabbed and divided the clout into two.I don’t want this to happen again so I will just warn you, RM shipper, to be careful who you are talking to, to be careful to what you are hearing, and who you would want to believe. Even though the shipper is a biggie or not, even though the shipper is a veteran or not. BE CAREFUL on who you are following and supporting.

I don’t want this post to be that long so I tried my best to cover up everything in one go. I just hope that all of you will take this well as fully grown shippers. Some of you might have heard things about this person or that person, but please keep in mind that there will always be an unheard story. So hear both sides before you make a judgement :) Have a nice day.

He would be so cute layered up in pretty clothes. Decorated and spoiled by his adoring mother and sisters. They coddle him as their own and set down strict rules for anyone who dares be enamored with their boy.

With a healthy and loving family I’m certain his emotional control would be much better. His views of discipline and child rearing as well. He would be taught to defend himself or fear that his sisters will raise hell to defend him. Maybe he’ll be a rambunctious kid that could argue his teachers into better grades. a cute child that’s adorable and naive, yet much smarter than let on. Maybe even an awkward kid that won’t talk at first but will drag you by your hair for disrespecting his family.

Hiiiiiii. No, I did not abandon it :))) I was just busy reading some danmei and I've been obsessing over some pretty bois. To be honest, I've already finished chapter 2. But, danmei literally took over my entire life and I can't function properly without reading some. I know. I'm a lost case 😫 But you'll understand once you've read those (MDZS *winks*)
