c’mon babe let’s go down to the local bar and get absolutes wasted on cheap pints until you lose your top and i’m in your lap and you’re holding my drink to my lips because i can’t see straight enough to hold it myself and we’re both swaying but you think your sober despite drinking more than me so when they try to kick us out you stand up only to fall straight down and i’m too much of a giggly drunk mess to do anything other than pet your hair and babble about how pretty you are and in the end the bar has to call my roommate (again, the number’s on a post-it under the bar from a dozen incidents ago) who has to drive us back even tho it’s only a 10 minute walk because you and i are not walking without two people each dragging us along but this works out bc now we can sloppy make out in the back of his car and i can barely feel my lips but oh you feel so good and when we get back my roommate all but dumps us in the living room and lets us be drunk idiots together bc getting us up the stairs is just not in his job description and we can’t count how many nights have ended like this but they’re always sooooo good
