Bc then I would somehow increment in my Lace Gijinka design the headcanon that GMS is constantly breaking and reforming her bones and stretching her skin to keep her childlike appearance. And I would draw so that when she smiles, it's just a little too forced and a little too constricted, like there is not enough skin on her face to accommodate the expression. Also imagining a panel of Lace saying something like "Stay as mother's favourite...A child to be broken and kept. Eternal."
