thank you for the year of laughter, this year has been great for making me love myself. there isn’t enough time to hate, so I’m gonna use every second I have to love myself and others. I’m gonna miss them, but its not something ill ever forget. Memento Mori friends.

Farewell to a channel that has been a wild ride since the beginning. To a channel where it cheered me up and was a wonderful place to turn to for a laugh. To a channel that has inspired me. To a channel that you know, you really had to be there to see it.

I hope people come across the Unus Annus artwork someday. Where they ask “what is this?” Or, “Oh I remember that.” I can’t wait for it to end. I should be scared but damn... I am so excited and glad that it happened.

very appropriate of me to finish right at the end. but believe me, I tried SO HARD to get this done in time.

While the channel is ending, we will still go on. And with the memories we’ve made over this past year, and the theme of living your life as taking care of every moment, I wanted to make a comic to show this. That despite this song ending, the story will never end as long as we take it with us through what we create and what we do ever if it’s not perfect. As long as we live to the fullest, I think we’ll be ok in the time after Unus Annus. <3

Well, here we are. The end of the line. 

It’s been one hell of a year.

And I just want to take this opportunity to say Thank You.

Thank you to @markiplier​ and @crankgameplays for creating this incredible thing and sharing the past year of your lives with all of us. Thank you for all the incredible content, the laughs, and the smiles. Thank you for inspiring me to do better and live each day to the fullest. Thank you for making me realize I have more potential than I ever realized I did and urging me to reach for it.

Thank you for including some of the silly little memes I make in your videos. You really don’t know how much it made me happy to give you some laughs in return for all the laughs you gave us.

Thank you to Amy, Evan, and the whole crew for all their hard work over this past year. It’s because of your dedication that this whole thing worked out as well as it did.

But most of all, thank you to all of YOU. My mutuals, friends, followers–the whole community on this site. 

YOU are what made this Unus Annus so special. I feel so privileged to have been able to come on here every day and share memes and laughs with all of you. From Camp Unus Annus to our Community Playlist, from pitching video ideas to reminding each other of ‘every day at this time,’ it has been an honor to have fun and spend this year together. I am going to miss out daily routine, because even though I have no plans of going anywhere, it won’t be the same.

You’ve all meant a lot to me over the course of this year. You’ve made what has been a difficult year much easier and more fun to deal with.
