Into the intro ~ hello, I’m Fusiera!  As you can probably tell, buddyfight is incredibly important to me and I cherish it with all my heart.  This is honestly just a place for me to appreciate the series and hopefully find others who do too!  If you’re curious, here is where you can find more information about me as well as the tags I use to organize this blog.  I’d appreciate it if you gave it a read so you’re aware of some factors behind the overall activity here.  I’m also working on a sideblog to post and reblog official card art from the TCG, so look forward to it in the future!  This is absolutely a Kiri Hyoryu propaganda blog in disguise.

Hello everyone interested in Buddyfight! I need your help.

Recently, I was reading some of the short settings that the original author of Buddyfight, Ikeda, planned on releasing as a Buddyfight Encyclopedia, containing details that were never revealed in the main story such as David's backstory, Kyoya and Rouga's first meeting details, the truth behind Ikazuchi, Sofia's powers, how Tasuku will never grow up, etc on the author's Twitter account.

The author was never able to go into detail regarding the settings, though, because of Bushiroad's order not to reveal anything.

I messaged the author asking for access to the original settings and the author responded saying that he cannot release those settings unless Bushiroad allows him to, and that a large number of fan requests may be able to change that.

I would like to compile a petition with Buddyfight fans' signatures to this end.

I would be very grateful if anyone would be willing to support this petition.

Please reblog and support by tagging whoever you know who might be interested in Buddyfight so we can get all of them involved! I want to gather a list of those willing to support the petition, then circulate it across different social media platforms to gain as much traction as possible.

I believe that all creators deserve the ability to talk about their work. Although Buddyfight ended, we still need closure!

Actually funny story about this.

Back before Buddyfight came out, me and a couple of friends were invited to a preview of Buddyfight in Los Angeles, where they taught store owners and their guests how to play Buddyfight. Afterwords we actually met the creator of Buddyfight, who talked to my group because our friend spoke Japanese. He told us if we have any idea for the game he would consider it. We told him we wanted to see Abraham Lincoln riding a dragon. The creator laughed and said he loved the idea. I just never thought that he actually went through with it. But because me and friends had a hand in creating him, he is currently my Buddy in my Dragon Knight Deck~ XD
