Fuck I’m at a fencing tournament and literally a minute after I reblogged this my dad told me that he talked to the point people and I’m probably going to win a medal.
I need to follow up to say I reblogged this last night, and this morning I got some of the best news of my life, like, a life dream come true news thing.
FUCK, I though it was just another lucky meme but LISTEN. Since a week ago I was waiting a phone call to confirm me if I got a job or not in my university. I reblogged this yesterday’s night “just for fun and because I don’t want any bagel to be mad with me”, and today’s afternoon, while I was losing my time as always, the professor I was supposed to work with called me and asked me for my personal information to start working with her.

Focusing on finding a new and better place to live. Haven't had much time for creative stuff, SW or otherwise. I just wanted to reiterate how incredible Red Five is, and if you did a sequel to it like you hinted at before, once I was at my new place, I'd eat it up like a hearty lasagna. No pressure. Just saying there's fan on the other side of the world. :)
Moving is always such a pain, I hope you find a new place soon!
Thanks for your support about Red Five, I really do want to write the sequel someday and it’s nice knowing people would want to read it. It would however be a bit of an undertaking and I want to finish my current SW wips before I start anything new. Maybe in the new year!

The Final Order has endured the loss of its DARK SEEKER superweapon as yet more of its forces pour from the Unknown Regions.
As the contingency of the late Darth Sidious continues to reveal its might, the New Republic must implore the Jedi Order to once more lead a GRAND ARMY to defend the defenseless.
Meanwhile, Luke Skywalker has discovered the depths to which he must plumb for answers to recent events...
The Emperor is dead! Over the last thirty years, his terrible EMPIRE has been dismantled across the known galaxy. The New Republic shines in its place, standing for freedom and justice.
With it also is the return of the JEDI ORDER to the galactic stage, reborn from the ashes of the dreaded ORDER 66.
It is a time of relative peace. Former President Leia Organa, now teaching at the Jedi Temple in her brother’s absence, dispatches her family as a favor to aid Republic operative Poe Dameron in investigating mysterious abductions on the former Imperial stronghold of JAKKU...

- In the interests of salvaging what could have been a cool concept in the right hands, I will now define what a dyad actually is in my context: a special type of Force bond where the closer a pair is in proximity to each other, the more their Force power is increased above their regular limits. Only Lightsiders can achieve this life-emanating power, because it’s fueled by an intense and intimate bond of one of the many kinds of love. Evolving a regular Force bond into a dyad takes synchronization training to deepen the bond to a level where being around the person you care about literally makes you better than you were without them by your side. Those with Celestial lineage have an even easier time forming a dyad, being able to accelerate the process dramatically through their greater Force connection. The highest power boost (within a ten meter radius) is 500%.
Pre-Skywalker Saga
- Revan and Bastila Shan form a dyad after Revan returns to the Light Side of the Force
- Speaking of Revan, his return to the Light Side had unfortunate consequences, mostly resulting from his original turn to the Dark Side. See, during a time in Mandalorian history where House Viszla ruled with an iron fist, they egged on all Mandalorians into fighting the Jedi, despite first Mandalorian Jedi Tarre Viszla’s memory still looming.
- What most were not aware of, was that a Mandalorian Sith was pulling the strings, wanting to merge Mandalore Space with the Sith territories, hoping to prove even to the Force-supremacist factions that Mandalorian culture was not simply a bludgeon, but a scalpel. Revan fights in the war to stem the bloodshed, steadily rising through the ranks to the point where he is in a position of authority when he learns about the mastermind. Devastated at the loss of so many of those who follow him, Revan vows to find a way to end the war.
- Revan rebelled against the Jedi of the time to fight in the war in the first place, so when he went back to the Jedi for help after an arduous gauntlet, the Council scoffed at him. Desperate for help, but unwilling to risk going to the Sith themselves for aid, planning to go above the Sith’s heads to do it, Revan seeks the source of the Dark SIde itself. By becoming the greatest SIth, he can bring not only the Mandalorians to heel, but end the Sith’s manipulations to turn the cold war hot.
- Revan goes on a quest to find this source infiltrating Sith worlds such as the twin grave worlds of Korriban and Moraband, Ziost, Malachor, Dromund Kaas, Zakuul, and Mustafar. He finally pieces together coordinates to the world named Exegol. Once there, he encounters a black mist surrounding almost the whole planet. The mist clears its way around Revan, leading him on a path of its own choosing, eventually taking him to a glowing gargoyle statue. Revan is captivated by the energy, touching the snout of the stone creature, and feeling the Dark Side like nothing he’s ever felt before, feeling it more purely than he bets any Sith before him ever has.
- Darth Revan leaves Exegol, subjugates the Mandalorians with the help of the Star Forge, and exposes the Mandalorian Sith, handing him over to the Republic for punishment, for he instigated the war against the Republic’s Jedi. The Sith wish to honor him for his power on Vjun. Revan, heady with power, accepts the banquet. They get him super drunk on Sith wine, mock his Jedi origins, and proceed to extract his knowledge of the Star Forge and Exegol in a process so traumatic, when he’s rescued by a team of Jedi sent to retrieve their wayward son by a remorseful Council, he wakes with no memory of who he is.
- Jedi Knight Bastila Shan is assigned to him to get him back on his feet as a Jedi, they go on some adventures to bring back his old apprentice Alek, who went rogue when his master went to the Dark Side. Alek seeks the same power, to subjugate the Sith and purify the Galaxy. Bastila believes, unlike the Council, that even after regaining his memories, Revan will want to remain a Jedi. Revan does regain his memories on the Star Forge, remembering the lengths he went just to save the Galaxy, realizing through his time with Bastila that the Dark Side is never the answer, but fearing that he might have become an addict to it.
- Revan and Bastila head to Exegol to perform a ritual to reunite the darkness within Revan with the source of darkness. It works, and Revan feels free to be with Bastila now that he’s conquered his own weakness. They leave just as the Sith fleet arrives on Exegol.
- Unbeknownst to them all, Darth Revan lived on when the darkness imbued life into the essence of Revan’s cast off Dark Sided emotions, forming its own body and identity with Revan’s face, calling itself Darth Wraith. Wraith leaves among the many Sith who came on the trip to Exegol, quickly being named a Sith Lord, rumored to be ‘born from darkness itself’, and somehow outliving many Sith Lord contemporaries and some Sith Kings, long with many sires of Revan’s lineage. Demonstrating his full power, greater than that of Darth Revan’s at his height, Darth Wraith declares himself the Sith Emperor, ushering in a dark age for the Galaxy that would last one thousand years until Revan and Bastila’s descendant Satele Shan found a way to slay Wraith and begin the fall of the Sith Empire
Skywalker Saga
- Luke Skywalker holds the record for most dyads: forming one with Leia, one with Jade, and one with both Rey and Ben each. Were Anakin Skywalker still alive you can bet Luke would form one with him too.
- Leia forms dyads with Luke and Jaina
- Rey forms dyads with Luke and Finn
- FInn forms dyads with Rey and Jannah
- Ben Skywalker forms a dyad with Anakin Solo
Post-Skywalker Saga
- Dyads form an integral part in both evening the odds against the Universal Imperium and healing the damage done by the Descent on the Universe

Pre-Skywalker Saga
- All Jedi Temples built after the fall of the Sith Empire were built on top of Sith Shrines in an attempt to purify the area of Dark Side influence, including the case of the main Jedi Temple on Coruscant, the biggest Jedi Temple ever built.
- The Lothal Jedi Temple was built long before the Sith Empire, when the Ones of Mortis were actually involved in Galactic affairs, and thus has no Sith Shrine beneath it. It does contain a portal to the World Between Worlds, however.
Skywalker Saga
- Luke Skywalker finally meets Ahsoka Tano post-Bespin; previously he only heard about her through his time in the Rebellion. Leia Organa had met her more than a few times before her disappearance on Malachor. A distraught Luke seeks out Malachor, still feeling a bit suicidal, hoping to find clues as to Ahsoka’s whereabouts. Instead, he finds her resisting the oppressive atmosphere of the planet, glowing with Light and peace. She tells him she felt she had to wait here for someone to come for her, she just never expected someone who looked so much like Anakin. Ahsoka and Luke have a long heart-to-heart conversation before Luke gets her off planet and reunites her with the fleet. Ahsoka takes to calling him Skyguy Junior or Little Skyguy, and when Luke asks for help with Jade Erso’s mind-breaking command issues, she’s more than happy to help them.
- Jyn and Cassian frequently treat missions as dates, as do Jade and Luke. Jak is confused at the mushiness from his sisters. Lyra simply smiles.
- Leia gives birth to four children (Bail, Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin Solo), while Jade gives birth to two (Rey and Ben Skywalker).
- Jaina is heartbroken when her little cousin Rey goes missing. Girls need to stick together against her smelly brothers. She does bond with Ben after he finds out he has a big sister, and Jaina is so happy for Ben when he gets to meet his awesome sister.
- Jaina Solo and Jagged Fel’s marriage unite the New Republic and one of the moderately large Imperial splinters, the Fel Empire, together into the Galactic Allied Republic, still usually called the New Republic for short.
- Episode VII has Han, Chewie, Jaina, and Anakin visiting Jakku after Anakin Solo gets a bad feeling about the planet where the war ended being the place where it would begin again. Finn, Rey and BB-8 stowaway on the Falcon while the regular occupants are dealing with Unkar Plutt’s shady business practices. Poe meets Zorii Bliss on Jakku after escaping the TIE Fighter crash. Luckily, by the time the Final Order shows up, all our heroes get off planet and escape to the New Republic homeworld of New Alderaan, which is protected by a special security fleet. And a planetary shield.
- Jacen is off with his betrothed and fellow Jedi, Tenel Ka Djo, Hapan princess. The emergence of the Final Order shocks them both into action, especially once Han tells Jacen that his brother Bail is one of them, one of those New Knights of Ren everyone in the Jedi community starts talking about.
- Leia’s been teaching at the Jedi Academy for a few years after her retirement from politics when she gets word that the Final Order has appeared. SHe was the first Jedi politician in quite a while during her time as President of the New Republic.
- The FInal Order’s aim at the beginning of VII is to abduct as many Force-sensitives as they can for some mysterious purpose, kill anyone extra to their purpose, and destroy any Light side practitioners along the way
Post-Skywalker Saga
- The Universal Imperium contains many races, some of which are: the Grysk, the Vagaari and the Yuuzhan Vong
- The Galaxy is considered by the oppressed of the Universe to be the last beacon of Light, and now that the Galaxy has opened up, the Light Side can spread and hope can return to the Universe.

Pre-Skywalker Saga
- The Ones of Mortis are lower ranked Celestials acting as conduits between the Netherworld of the Force and the mortal realm.
- The Original Jedi Schism formed many splinter Dark Side factions, with the Sith being the most numerous and most effective at harnessing the Dark Side. One notable group known for being wannabe Sith were called the Knights of Ren, famous for originating the crossguard lightsaber design. Some ex-Knights of Ren who rejoined the Jedi brought the design with them.
- The Sith Empire came about when a particularly powerful Original Sith Lord declared himself the Sith Emperor and began subjugating and absorbing the growing splinters of Dark Side factions, incorporating different skills and techniques into the Sith doctrine. When the Sith Empire ultimately collapsed, leaving only Darth Bane, certain other Dark Side traditions began to take root again, changed somewhat by Sith occupation.
- Original Sith structure included Sith Lords as the lowest rank of Sith nobility, developing Sith Kings above them, and finally, the Sith Emperor became the top. Non-noble Sith ranks existed as well.
- The Rule of Two lineage started by Darth Bane remained unbroken all the way to Darth Tidal, before the Starkiller reawakened, and plotted to change the rules once more, before his erstwhile successor Sidious loosely reinstated Banite doctrine
Skywalker Saga
- Darth Tidal becomes Jar Jar Binks after his memories are sealed away by Plagueis/Starkiller, making him a useful sleeper agent of chaos should the need arise. Sheev inadvertently uses his father’s former Sith Master as a pawn in his own schemes to become Emperor. Starkiller ultimately unseals Tidal’s memories post-Jakku from his hiding place in the Unknown Regions, to try to cut down on Skywalkers in the Galaxy via Tidal’s quest for revenge against Celestials.
- Lyra Hux (unknowingly Sheev Palpatine’s granddaughter) was a Jedi before she left the Order for love. Her eldest daughter Jade became the Emperor’s Hand, her youngest daughter Jyn became a saboteur, and her son Jak became a street urchin on Jedha before being taken in by the Guardians of the Whills. With Galen Erso indentured and Lyra overwhelmed and seemingly killed, the three Erso kids were trapped in their fates if not for the Force reuniting them. Ultimately, Galen is killed by Krennic, while Lyra, Jyn and Jak watch, Jade senses her father’s death through the Force on the other side of the base, and vows revenge on the Death Star and Krennic, meeting with her family after abandoning her post on Eadu. After Scarif, Lyra, Jyn, and Jak join the Rebellion with the rest of Rogue One, while Jade goes on the run after the medal ceremony.
- Jade is hunted down by Darth Vader after the destruction of the Death Star is partially blamed on both her and Vader, and capturing her is the way for Vader to redeem himself in the eyes of the Emperor. Jade’s death is ultimately faked by Vader after she reveals who destroyed the Death Star to him. He brings her into his secret employ, intending for her to eventually help lure Luke to Vader’s side.
- Vader has multiple pokers in the fire by the time ESB rolls around, so he’s able to attempt getting Luke to his side on his own. However, after Bespin, Sheev reveals he knew Jade was alive the whole time, and through scanning her mind, knew of Vader’s plans for her. The Emperor humbles Vader through the Force. To really rub it in, The Emperor enacts a secret kill command implanted in Jade’s mind to hunt down and kill Skywalker for Vader’s acting out. Jade fails at this task, but Vader is so broken by Sheev’s reveal he has other assassin’s ready at a moments notice to send after Luke should Vader attempt acting on his own in any way again to subvert the Skywalker boy. Vader is shaken, and has given up his ambitions by the time ROTJ rolls around.
- After getting Ahsoka’s help to remove the Emperor’s commands, Jade gets to know Luke for real while helping him get his green kyber crystal. She then goes off on her own to rediscover herself in the wake of being severed from the Emperor’s control. After Endor, she decides to tear down everything the Emperor built, finally joining the Rebellion, and fighting with them through the Battle of Jakku. Luke, having also fought on Jakku, invites her to travel with him to reignite the spark of the Jedi. She accepts.
Post-Skywalker Saga
- Grand Master Luke Skywalker remains the Big Good as leader of the New Jedi Order throughout the intervening years of relative peace before passing into the Force in his sleep at a ripe old age. In some ways, knowing Luke is gone is what prompts the dispatch of the Imperium’s scout forces.

Pre-Skywalker Saga
- Stories in this era would focus much on the impact of the Descent upon the Galaxy specifically, namely the formation of the First Galactic Republic, the birth of the Jedi and the Sith, the thousand-year reign of the Sith Empire, and the establishment of the Second Galactic Republic and the integration of the Jedi Order into the political sphere.
- Yoda’s generation of his species as Jedi are only one removed from the reign of the Sith Empire, coloring his philosophy that the Jedi should always be around to fight the Sith. He just believed they would never return in his lifetime.
Skywalker Saga
- In the last trilogy, it is revealed that the Unknown Regions, and their encroachment, were created by an event known as the Descent, where the Celestial known as the Starkiller manipulated his escape from prison in the Netherworld, ripping the fabric of reality apart on his way to the mortal realm, purposely targeting the protectorate of his hated enemy. The rest of the Galaxy only maintained its composition and laws because it was the galaxy under the domain and protection of the Skywalker (and thus, where life first sprung forth).
- The Skywalker Saga is kicked off when the Skywalker returns to the mortal realm after years of rebuilding the Netherworld, his presence waking up the Starkiller sleeping in the Unknown Regions. In a panic, the Starkiller incarnates himself as a male Naboo noble, Cosinga Palpatine, losing his Celestial memories and body, but gaining stealth and protection from the Skywalker, as he would never harm one of his precious mortals. After being recruited to the Sith as Darth Plagueis by the Gungan Darth, Tidal, he regains his memories, seals away Darth Tidal’s, and begins planning in earnest, to use the Sith cult brought forth by his Descent for his own designs.
- To that end, he fathers a child the old fashioned way to be his weapon of destruction. Finding Sheev lacking as an apprentice, much less a new host body, Plagueis begins experiments to create the perfect vessel for his spirit. One that would grant him full access to his Celestial powers, yet retain the protection from the Skywalker he requires in his new home.
- We get introduced to the Warka family: a nature-loving family who enjoy traveling the galaxy and bringing back stories from the worlds they visited. Shmi Warka is on her way home from the space port after her latest trip when she witnesses the black clouds spreading over the horizon.
- The Skywalker searches endlessly across the Galaxy for the Starkiller, only coming upon clues when a mysterious misty plague spreads across a whole planet, immediately killing any sentient not capable of birth, and slowly draining the life of anyone fertile. Sensing his enemy’s power at work, the Skywalker summons all his power to bear just in time to save the last living person: Shmi Warka. He notices the plague has forced a life upon her, and unable to himself extinguish a life, purifies Shmi, ridding the plague from her and filling the hollow void the baby would have become, infusing life and a soul into her future son. Shmi is solemn after witnessing such horror on her homeworld. Having taken most of his power, the Skywalker must retreat into the cosmos, willing to return to bless Shmi whenever she wishes.
- After years of travelling after being rescued from her barren homeworld, Shmi is captured and enslaved, and sold off to Tatooine to be the property of Gardulla the Hutt. Crying out to the one who saved her from peril, Shmi wishes that for one night she could be free. The Skywalker, still regaining his strength, visits Shmi in her dreams, and grants her wish, spending a years worth of time with her in the span of the night, being able to explore the Galaxy once more without fear of reprisal, all with this man, no, this Celestial who saved her. They fall for each other in that time, and soon, the baby she could have had years ago became a product of devotion and love, and when she awoke, she felt her belly, knowing that she would raise this child to be kind even in the midst of their circumstances.
- Sheev, who does not know his abusive father is a Sith Lord, meets Plagueis one night after he commits his first murder. Plagueis admits to him he has been watching Sheev from afar, and to himself, that he has no choice now but to take Sheev as his apprentice after the Skywalker’s interference in his plans. Sheev can’t recognize this man as his father, the Dark Side has twisted his appearance, his nobleman facade a Force disguise. Sheev learns of how the Dark Side of the Force augmented him in the process of getting his (petty) revenge. Sheev asserts he’s been chosen by the Dark Side. Plagueis names him Sidious, while Sheev claims he will learn everything there is to know from him.
- The Sith lessons occupy half of Plagueis’ time with his son, while the other half he acts in his guise as patriarch, doling out thinly veiled punishments disguised as life lessons. Plagueis’ time as Sith Master nears its close when Sheev learns about the experiments after Cosinga reveals his Sith nature, connecting his absences with the appearance of that far off plague heard about on the holonet. Vowing to find this Chosen One his father spoke of, and wanting to start fresh, Sheev ultimately impales Plagueis with his lightsaber, with Plagueis dissolving into smoke and fading from his senses in the Force. After going travelling in the wake of his father’s demise, Sheev explores more esoteric skills of the Dark SIde. This is how he meets Mother Talzin of the Nightsisters, and comes to steal Maul from her.
Post-Skywalker Saga
- After the shenanigans of the Skywalker Saga, the Galaxy is opened up to the rest of the Universe, namely the eyes of the Universal Imperium. The New (Third) Republic is observed for a time, granting some measure of peace, but soon the extra-galactic scouting begins...
- It would slowly become apparent that the Descent had an even greater cataclysmic impact on the rest of the Universe and its myriad species, some of which expired, while others were forced to adapt.
Oh, some great stuff here fuzzy! Love the idea of introducing Galen, Lyra and Krennic into Clone Wars. The Jakku Observatory really was something that went nowhere, huh? (like so many other things…)

- a series set between TPM and AOTC called Divisions focusing on the growing Separatist movement and the backroom dealing that went on to maintain the Chancellorship to set the stage for the Clone Wars to happen along with the degradation of the Jedi’s classical position as peacekeepers in the Republic
- a series called The Grand Plan set during and after the Palpatine origin movie leading up to TPM showing how Sheev went it alone after killing his wise mentor
- the triumvirate of series set post-Jakku and pre-VII are a prime place to bring in post-ROTJ Legends elements mixed with new context (Thrawn reappears on the galactic stage like in HttE, at the same time Ezra Bridger reemerges because he was the one who took Thrawn out of play in Rebellion)
- Leia Organa’s Force-sensitivity is given its proper due throughout the triumvirate as she must juggle what she’s always known herself to be capable of with the potential she now knows she possesses and what she can accomplish with it in her new position as President of the New Republic
- Kylo Ren/Bail Solo is a self-loathing narcissistic Force-supremacist who hates Han Solo for his lack of the Force, hates Jade Erso for having the Force (and giving her kids even more of the Force in his mind) and hates his younger brothers, Jacen and Anakin, for getting to be a full-fledged Sith when he’s tried so hard and for being named after their Sith Lord grandfather, respectively
- Rey Skywalker is lost on Jakku when she’s five, never knowing just who her family is, and blocking out memories from the trauma. Jakku itself keeps her from remembering as dark tendrils from the Observatory influence the minds of residents like Unkar Plutt and Lor San Tekka, who would ordinarily know who she was
- Ben Skywalker is born years after Rey is lost and always has the feeling that someone is missing from his family, before finally being told about his big sister. When he finally meets her, he’s astounded at how she survived on her own for so long, and joins Finn in hating Jakku for multiple reasons.
- Finn Galfridian is the lost crown prince of Artorias, kidnapped during the siege of the planet during New Horizons. Despite the best efforts of the Republic miltary, they are only able to save some of the Artorias royal family and he, along with his sister Jannah, are forced into the Stormtrooper Conditioning Program.
- Poe Dameron is the ace pilot son of Kes Dameron and Shara Bey of the former Rebel Alliance/ now New Republic Military. Poe is also an accomplished undercover agent, having learned from former Fulcrum Cassian Andor
- Luke Skywalker, having been chosen by Yoda as Grand Master, gathers a couple new hopefuls (including Jade Erso, Kyle Katarn, and others) and what masterful members remain of the Jedi (including Kanan Jarrus, Ezra Bridger, Ahsoka Tano, Cal Kestis, and others), and forms a New Jedi Council to lead the New Jedi Order
- Embedded in his dying screams through the Force, Sheev Palpatine utters a Final Order in the Sith language, activating a plan to ensure the galaxy swallows itself in darkness, the darkness he sought for so long...
- New Order begins delving into the nature of Jedi Ghosts and the Netherworld of the Force, as strange Force happenings become more and more frequent after the Battle of Jakku, tying into the space terrain going wonky in New Horizons, and long-buried secrets being dug up in New Republic
- Episodes I-XII plus the ancillary series and movies (Rogue One and Palpatine) together form the Skywalker Saga. Post-Skywalker Saga installments may still include members of the family, but their presence will be reduced in comparison.
