Getting Your Ducks in a Row || Fynn & Aly
The man seemed quite amused by her reaction, but her annoyance was overshadowed by laughter as he played along. Unlike her last deviation, this one smelled right, all nice and human. Aly’s eyebrows shot up at the revelation that the ducks were part of the daily life in this town. Maybe she had judged it too quickly… “Oh, a fellow newbie. Any other interesting locations you’ve noticed?” She was in truth quite interested in what the town had to offer, but more than that she was eager to keep the conversation going.
Considering that he hadn't been around long, and that he didn't get out much, Fynn had to think about her question for a moment. Standing with his arms crossed, he watched the ducks as his mind moved over the places he'd been so far. "Well, the River Market is pretty cool if you're into that kind of thing. They have lots of fresh produce and a neat little food court place next to the river. Other than that I haven't really gotten out much." It wasn't his greatest answer, but he realized that it was the best he had to offer. With a small shrug, he glanced at the girl and flashed a winning smile. "Have you found anything interesting yet? Oh, and I'm Fynn by the way."
