Hey! I don't think I've lost weight, I've been very busy and stressed lately but I'm still eating lots of food I can never say no to food :) probably just the angles on Insta or something... I'm probably bigger then I've been before! X

Hey! Today I've had for breckfast: 1.5. Bananas and a small/medium papaya with 6 cherries and 3 pistachios then lunch 1/5 th cup mango, half a red pepper and a quarter of a cucumber with 1 tomato and lettuce leaves - is this okay so far? X -I'm trying to loose weight!

I do not encourage these messages and I hate answering them.. But just letting you know your eating way too little. You will probably gain weight because your body is probably in starvation mode and storing any fat it's given. You need to eat more and eat amazing delicious healthy meals and embrace the body you have!!!!!
