I'm answering this question using a queer lens. There are loads of characters from loads of gacha games that come with a pair when you acknowledge the subtext. Of course, that doesn't stop people from dismissing it for various reasons: queerphobia, ignoring how censorship plays in the gacha landscape, or because romance is not the point of the big narrative.
Honkai Impact 3rd's Kiamei, for example, comes with a stigmata where Mei in a bridal gown is being carried by Kiana in a suit. Kiana is also shown quite frequently lusting being all over Mei both in-game and in the comics. The general fandom (those who read with their eyes open) at the very least knows those two have something going on.
I'm inclined to think this question specifically pertains to heterosexual marriage/nuclear family dynamics, in which case, I don't care and it doesn't concern me. I don't play FGO but I heard there's a lot. Arknights as well. "Marriage in gacha games" isn't a novel thing, not really.
For clarification, the poll is meant to be about romantic relationships in general, not just het and/or monogamous ones
