Ok, but I would actually think that Suren is equally capable as Jude or can at least hold her own against Jude- they both have different scopes of expertise but they are equally powerful. I can already hear people shaking their heads and saying, "But that can't be true, Jude is a master strategist and she learnt from Madoc, the General of Elfhame and she's notoriously blood thirst and blah blah blah" and I get it but also hear me out, okay.
Firstly, we need to establish that Suren and Jude are parallels to each other. Jude is the mortal who wishes to be fae and Suren is the fae who wishes to be mortal.
In her trilogy, Jude eventually succeeds by embracing her mortal upbringing & roots by becoming rlly adept at swordplay (I know that she learns swordplay from the fae but, her biological father was a swordsmith, and there isn't anything inherently fae/magical about swordplay. It's completely mortal).
Therefore, I believe that similarly, Suren will have to embrace her fae(-ish) upbringing- that's her arc. And we know canonically that Suren is very, very powerful; she possesses the heart of Mellith. And she's also not alone as she has Bogdana and Hyacinthe to help her.
So, I truly think that when it comes to a war, Suren will not be wiped out by Jude or anything. She's powerful in her own right.
And look I'm not someone who wishes to pit women against each other but also how interesting would it be? Jude is cunning and smart by nature and Suren is poised to become cruel and ruthless by nurture (I could be wrong about this, though). And, I think that it could be so cool to see Suren and Jude being pit against each other, because, by all means, Suren is the underdog and I LOVE Jude but how surprising would everyone finds it if Suren holds her own against the Queen who killed a giant serpent and I think she can. I genuinely think she can. (That should earn my titles as Suren-enabler and No. #1 fan, shouldn't it?)
Meanwhile Oak and Cardan would just be laughing in the corner.
