One of my lecturers is such an asshole.
We have 3 weeks to the end of the semester. We spent most of it discussing the Banu Ma'ruf, which is completely fine, but she also wants us to discuss in-depth the Badū and Armenians. In three weeks.
When I remarked that I don't believe we will manage to learn about both (or either) of them insuch depth as we did Banu Ma'ruf.
She sent me an email today telling me "I didn't like your remark I suggest you rethink your participation in the course."
I would call her rude, but it's worse than rudeness, because I can't actually officially opt-out of the course - I still pay for the whole semester including this course, even if I leave. Were I to do so in the first week of the semester, I would pay less, and not "lose" so to speak, credits and what I paid for them.
And don't worry, I'm not going to leave. I may barely pass it, if at all, but this piece of shit is gonna see me for each. and every. class. left in the semester. Additionally, I'm saving that email. when I'm done with uni, I'm going tell her that it would have had only made sense if she paid me, personally, what I would have had wasted by leaving the course.
inner monologue: i wanna go home (im already home).
if i ignore all my emails maybe they'll disappear
