I got an email today claiming that Dr. Oz is promoting a new supplement as a “fat loss miracle.” This is the kind of bullshit that got me putting myself out there to talk about health and fitness.

Now, I don’t know if Dr. Oz actually said that, but there’s a video of him talking about this supplement that would lead us to believe he feels that it’s true.

Daily Positives 1/7/16 I am really sore from my workout yesterday. This tells me I'm on the right track.

Daily Positives 1/6/16 First day back in a gym in over a year. It was fantastic! Oh man, I missed lifting weights so much.

I missed a couple of days! Time to play catch up.

Sunday, a new student signed up for bass lessons. He paid for three months up front! This almost never happens. Very cool to see that level of commitment right at the start.

Monday, I got new all season tires put on the car. Feels good to know my car is a bit safer now, especially with the snow and ice we’ll keep seeing in the next few months.
