I want to work on improving my picking so I thought this would be a fun way to get more practice! I say folk song/ lullaby because my brain tends to find them easier to figure out musically (I'm completely self-taught) but I'm not opposed to requests if you have them :) I just may not get to them as fast or at all depending on whether my skill level allows for me to do justice to the song you ask for haha

just spent like 45? minutes practicing the guitar after not being able to practice for like 2 months and omg my fingers hurt (steel strings + very low pain tolerance) but! man it was fun and gave me like the biggest burst of energy I've had all day! it's very satisfying to practice! and since rn I'm mostly just trying to get the muscle-memory of the positions of different chords drilled into me it's also actually pretty mindless, which means I was able to multitask and listen to some movie reviews at the same time lol
