Main connection lost reconnecting sys//:phone

so I have to connect here though my phone due to an error in my end I lost the bootable media from that USB meaning my laptop is unusable this truly was the only mistake I could not fix while most time I can fix those problems I fixed a boot loop I fixed the settings app but this no but luckily I found a laptop that better then what I had I had a Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 but I am looking to get the msi crosshair a16 but this mistake was truly a fetal error

thinking of returning to windows

so i like using linux however a lot of programs i use davinci flash cs6 audacity 1.3 beta and some small things like i mod a lot of games and edit there save data and windows i know where the games and save data are saved i needed to google just to find my Deltarune save files luckily i created a ventoy USB with windows and linux

i think there a high chance i will go back to windows and use linux on a virtual machine like i use to

davinci on linux is awful

so recently i installed davinci on linux only to get error after error like the keyboard shortcut did work you can't use mp4 on the free version even though kdenlive doesn't have the pasta anywhere and auto track adding davinci has it can load mp4 files

but i will stay with linux

even though davinci just doesn't work i erased the wrong drive will not return to windows because i am very determined to get the outcome i went and luckily i still have my D drive i can install nobara there and keep garuda as my main distro after all i am the one in control XD (or i might return)

davinci failed

after all my trying my C drive got erased all for davinci to work only for the keys to do nothing i have to manually play and move the timeline and i can't press space to play (maybe because i am using a fedora program on arch that's my guess) all this work just for davinci to be unable (annoyed expression) luckily kdenlive is just as good

found an old blender model while looking though what i saved on my D drive

so while checking what files i still had Flash cs6 audacity 1.3 ect i forget i downloaded the BZ Protogen model and fun fact before i settled on this Iterator as my online vessel i was thinking of Protogen or Synth maybe i might bring that back = )

gaming on linux =D

so i always known gaming on linux was better but to it's way better then windows like Casualties: Unknown on window it took quiet a while for the level to generate but i just tried and it only took a few seconds to generate the level XD

anyway here is my kind of Deltarune/windows 95 themed linux desktop it using the default Dr460nized theme with window 95 icons and a Deltarune SOUL cursor i downloaded from a github project called SURVEY_LAND =D

the only good thing from my mistake

you see i use a very old version of audacity beta 1.3 and it's not available on arch because of how outdated it is but hey I STILL HAVE IT =D

my view on davinci on linux

so i got davinci to work on arch it but how does it work it works just as well as it did on windows however i noticed something the free version of davinci on linux doesn't support .mp4 which is annoying since i use the mp4 video format but there are tools to convert mp4 to mov =)

i can fix my mistake of erasing the wrong drive

luckily balenaEtcher works on linux so later i can fix my PC and reinstall linux on my D drive instead of the C drive or maybe i might try fedora since davincibox was build for fedora distros who knows

i have no idea what to calls this but IMAGE_FRIEND is a in universe maybe living program like there part of SURVEY_PROGRAM instead of a "real being"

now why am i calling IMAGE_FRIEND a program not only do they appear in chapter 2 and 3 which both have a technology theme chapter 2 being the internet and chapter 3 being TV(plus the Mantle game) another things hands yeah i know FRIEND body is suppose to mimic Endogeny but to me there body looks more like a hand in a spiderlike pose and finally ROOTS with DigitalRoots BitRoots being the theme that plays in the areas FRIEND appears in now with Roots you may thinks plants however in a computer sense Root could be referring to the root directory of linux and FRIEND is called DEVICE_FRIEND and IMAGE_FRIEND in the files

I CAN USE GARUDA LINUX AFTER ALL

guess what i can use Garuda linux after all early while on youtube i found a tutorial to install davinci using davincibox even though the tutorial was for fedora based distro i was able to get it to work on arch linux yay =D

running out of naming idea for this another linux update i made a choice for CachyOS even though i like the default look Garuda but whatever XD

so on my virtual machine i was testing a GRUB theme that made it look like the save file system from Deltarune chapter 1 now out of every distro i made a choice on CachyOS since even though i like how Garuda looks by default CachyOS works for me :3
