He was not gunned down by police for an act of vandalism or even trying to flee, but for attempting to murder LAPD officers with a gun.

The police showed up because someone decided to snitch on a 14 year old with some spray paint, resulting in his death

And the gun wasn’t found ON him it was found AROUND the area, no proof he actually tried to shoot at them, and if he did for some reason have that weird ass gun, a huge possibility (since it was found around the area) is that he was trying to get rid of the gun by throwing it which would cause it to go off because of how old it was and the make of it. 

Besides that, even if he DID try to shoot, why couldn’t they handle the situation? They can’t take down a 14 year old without killing him? That’s a fucking joke.

They have taken MANY white people with guns alive, even active mass shooters:

Dylann Roof, Robert Dear Jr, James Eagan Holmes, and many, many, more. 

AND here’s an example of a white person with a BB gun, which is the excuse cops used for murdering Tamir Rice
