From my perspective I think dazai has a really complicated personality
He acts funny and unserious most of the time but deep down he’s actually very intelligent,emotionally distant and struggling a lot internally .He hides his real feelings behind jokes and sarcasm which makes it hard to fully understand him I think that’s why I love him so much cuz I relate to the way he hides his emotions and feels disconnected sometimes while still wanting to be understood he’s complicated but that’s what makes him feel so real to me🥹❤️
