I wanted to say something about the challenges. I see those people who go out, asking others to share the skins with them instead of playing. And, it does anger me, but not cause you guys are obviously stealing, that is your prerogative to do. Speaks for the kind of person you are, and if that the person you wanna be, and that the person you want others to know then that is your gig. It angers me cause with it, you are trying to drag other people down, people who spent the time to win that skin. People with good hearts, kind souls. And people who, by doing challenges, got outta their shell and did it by getting others out of theirs. People who helped others open up, who gave anxious and shy people a safe net to fall into and a reward that goes above getting a skin. It makes me sad that people think cheating is besting me. Honestly, I don’t lose a thing, you do.
I got to spend my bday together with my family this year, even better, I got to spend it with someone from here. Someone who took a chance on me a couple of years ago and reached out. She took on a long ass drive, just to spend a couple of days with me, and this was the fourth time we met. I gained another sister on here. I met a person who gets me, who talks back (I need this) and who is just as into lazing around as I am. She got adopted by my parents last week, and she made my birthday that bit more awesome. This person grabbed hold, dragged me into the community (though I doubt this was her intention) and made me open up, too. Doing that, she made it so I could me a ton more awesome people on here. Now I am that lucky person, who not only gets Joke at my table to my bday, but who gets to go out and walk with Mona’s dog or play sims side by side, who next month gets a visit from Iggy all the way from the US. I am not an emotional person, don’t do touchy-feely at all, but each day, doesn’t matter what is going on in RL, I know I have at least 20 people on here whom, if they see I need it, will cheer me up best they can. Who call me, talk to me, rant with me, calm me down, love me. I don’t care bout my sims that much, I don’t care bout people stealing or posting drama, I care about those people in my life whom I am hoping stay there. I have a safe net to fall here, I know I got people to take my back. Nothing on here touches me, and that may be partly due to the fact I am not that sensitive, but a big factor are the people on here that make it so.
We all got a life we live away from here, nobody is immune to the shit life shovels at you. Some people may get more rainbows while others live under a thunder cloud, but we all have something to give. And even if its just reaching out a hand to let someone know you got them, that’s all it needs. You want to come here and start drama, be our guest. But, deny it if you like, we sit here, smiling down at you with our friends, hoping some day you may get a little of the happiness we got but the way you doing it, you won’t be getting it soon.
So, when you wanna cheat a challenge, go for it. In the end it is you who is missing out. You are cheating yourself out of something beautiful, and all I can do is pity you while smiling, cause I got it. I do what I do, cause I wake each morning with a smile seeing the message on here, and I want other people to know that feeling too. I want you guys to feel that soft, fluffy blanket of love around you that I got. I have a family, I got a zoo, and I got my happy. And, just saying, you can never ruin it for me 😊
