Adachi rei: The UTAUloid. Not much to add here

Susie; The dragon of dragon blazers. From deltarune

The bad end theater cast: Yes, all of them. Hero, Maiden, Underling, and Overlord.

Akita Neru; the fanloid. She's chronically online

Saint: From Rain world. He doesn't talk often

Daruk: LOZ fictive. Only recently woke up

Linkle: also LOZ fictive. She has a habit of getting lost, so we only let her front when we're staying in one place

Lilac; from Ender Magnolia. She's very...maternal(?) Yeah, I guess that's the best word to describe her

Saint: I do, but with how warm it is in this new place, maybe all the extra fur would just be a hinderence.

paradoxical caretaker

an alter who enacts internal harm to other alters in their system, but does so with intent to help them in one way or another.

they are much different from misguided protectors in that they view their work as caring for the others, not necessarily protecting them, and that they are fully aware of their actions being objectively wrong. their harm is often intentional and methodical, taking the time to achieve positive outcomes through their unconventional means. these alters may be designated specifically for someone in their system, but not always.

most often, paradoxical caretakers are necessary when another alter is so fully entrenched in their own traumas and patterns/trauma responses that they can only be helped by engaging those traumas in a controlled environment and breaking them down or soothing them from the inside. this can also apply to subsystems, clusters of alters, or the entire system— though, typically, the larger the group, the slower the results.

paradoxical caretakers may view themselves as a type of persecutor, but that depends on the individual, and can be used as a standalone term or a subtype.

I HATE when people say that prosecutors or persecutor are misguided protecters

A misguided protector is a headmate that tries to take on the role of a protector, but turns into a prosecutor or persecutor out of a misguided attempt to help the system

Not all prosecutors or persecutor are misguided protecters

Let's say Kat is a misguided protecter she might harm the body or harm hosts friends in a way that she thinks its helping the body

A persecutor is a headmate who acts harmfully towards other system members and/or the body

Let's say winter is both she harms the host and the hosts friends and knows or purposely does that
