If you're an artist and sincerely feel like art is doomed because of AI-- I sincerely request you to shift that mindset. Art is never gonna die, yo, there will always be an audience YEARNING for *authentic* art made by real people.

If you feel like art has become invalidated or outdated because of AI, ask yourself whether you regard art just as a career choice or as something you genuinely love doing.

Vice versa! If you love art but feel the insane pressures of society to consider other careers, know that SO MANY PEOPLE have succeeded as workers in the art industry and even as freelancers!

it’s been aaaaages since my last show. I’ve had this idea sitting in the back of my mind for years, so I’m excited to bring it to life and share with y’all this story of ’Love, Death & All Her Friends’

so here's part one of how i'm putting together a collection of paintings for my upcoming art exhibition opening in LA this September.

My mom and I had this convo about getting ear piercings, then I brought up the idea of multiple ear piercings (never said I wanted to have it), and my mom said something in the lines of "don't do that, people with mulitiple ear piercings are mostly associated with gangs and stuff" then my brain went on a tangent.

One shouldnt condone to harmful stereotypes like that, you never truly know everything. Old people with that mentality grow up with HATE , they are never open-minded to a growing generation. They are the type to harass others just because they don't fit in "standards" that society made up. That's just another way to discriminate, especially most common with Christians. Wasn't Christians persecuted just because they believed in something that the rest of society didn't? Others truly believed they deserved it. Christians went through discrimination doesn't mean they get to do it to the next person. It doesn't give you a bitch pass just because you know what is "good" and believe in God. Doesn't the bible teach you to love your neighbor no matter who? What happened to that lesson when you see someone so different from you? It doesn't really seam so Christian to me. Christians label themselves as "loving" but only to others they think look acceptable, its always how they look. Wound you forgive a r@pist who looks too kind, too proper, too presentable? The worst ones always look like they fit in. And yes that's not always the case, but the ignorance is the problem. Society make up these "standards" because they "think" when someone does things differently, something is wrong with them. They make excuses like maybe "they got possessed by the devil", or "they want to rebel", or "they joined a gang", but they never know anything until they personally know that person. People want to label things as bad doings and spread them like gossip, instead of actually researching anything and widening their knowledge. IGNORANCE is a sin. If an eighteen year old girl got r@ped, you would feel bad. But if you heard that girl had multiple ear piercings and tattoos, would you change your mind? Do you think she deserved it? Is she less of a human since she doesn't fit the "perfect good girl" society wants their young girls to be like? What if all she dreamed of is to become a doctor and save lives? But you wouldn't know that because you don't know ANYTHING. If we actually start learning true respect, understanding and acceptance, stop condoning to this "wannabe perfect" society and stop hating, the world may know peace.

Btw I'm not trying to hate or diss on Christians (I'm a Christian myself) I just never liked the kind of mentality older generations were taught to believe become so twisted.

YOU KNOW, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by daily breaking news, the falling economy, the lack of rights for people around the world, but I personally like to remember that the simplest way to make a positive impact on politics and the economy is to just be a good person! BE THAT RIPPLE type schmack! Seriously, bad people just churn out bad people due to afflicting negative traits or behaviors, so do the least you can as a being and be patient, kind, generous! Reach out to your friends, compliment someone's outfit, be constructive about differing opinions, respect people's cultures, etc!

I THINK SMARTY PANTS IS AN ADULT !!! 🗣️

I'm slightly annoyed over all the people beating down on people for liking Smarty Pants-- yes, we can have opinions, BUT CHAT. HAVE WE FORGOTTEN CONSTRUCTIVE DISCUSSION…

I like Smarty a lot, so endulge me in my defense of the "Smarty is an adult" arguement.

I assumed that every toy defaulted to an adult age by "birth". Having a toy with a childlike mentality would be, in my opinion, a morally and ethically questionable thing to tackle in a kid's movie.

The way the movie treats or depicts Smarty Pant's character is as an adult, i.e. the "pseudo drunk" opening scene, the naughty joke between Jesse and Smarty scene (CRAZY SCENE btw), him having a "proud dad" moment over Blaze being able to use the potty by herself, the fact that he's voiced by the beloved senior, Conan.

Just because he's a toy made for toddlers doesn't mean he's supposed to be a child. Mr. Potato Head was also a toy made for kids, as in Toy Story 2 where he states he was made for ages 3+, but he too is depicted as an adult.

If we are to follow the hypothetical that toys when "born" are mentally a kid, what does that say for toys like Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head being toys created as a couple? That just raises weird issues that I think the movies don't want to deal with, which is why they've treated every toy so far (as I remember) as adults.

THEN AGAIN, a lot of Toys "ages" never go confirmed, but seriously, it takes little to understand that the movies didn't make Smarty to be a kid.

I sometimes wonder if the concept of asexuality would exist if the modern world wasn't so hypersexual. Because man, OH MY GOSH. I am so tired of sexualizing everything. Not just that, but I even sometimes have my gripes with ship culture and finding anything remotely similar to close friends as "lovers". LIKE HELP are people or characters in friendships a minority now smh (that is a joke)

The sexualization of anything just cheapens deep connections and friendships, rewarding instantaneous pleasure than continous satisfying relationships and friendships.

Anyways, yeah, I think being asexual and aromantic is more normal than we think. Or at least, in an ideal world that wasn't sexualized, we didn't need labels for people who don't always vibe with sexual or romantic acts.

I LOVE THE THH CAST but I mourn for the lack of character interaction the cast has as a whole, like I love how DRV3's cast actually interacts with each other throughout their game and in THH its kinda just them exploring the school.
