Day 16
Last two days sucked. Are shitty, but smaller portions. And missed my last 2 work-out /guitar routines. It sucks. But I did kill it 3 days ago. I feel like I cannot walk still. My legs have a death wish upon me. My do not eat is chicken and eggs

This week started strong finished weak as fuck. Started every morning with work outs and routines and guitar playing. Tuesday Thursday befor school kinda sucked. And yesterday was bad. But got my car oil changed and went to see my good friends get married. Eww lol. Anyway this morning is good. Odi is dead tired from sprinting in the field. Almost got my guitar chops up
Drinking is bad
Last night had a celebration for my old lady who is retiring... I am sad. And hung over today. I want to die lol. Eat healthy today and kill it tomorrow

Starting the give it 100 dealio. On my own terms. My 100 days. "Better life style" going to work out somehow everyday. Even if it's just planks and push-ups. Pick up guitar everyday. Even if I just run basic exercise. First thing every day. Also smaller food potions and healthier choices. This is day 2. Tomorrow I plan on a run and making some tabs for old songs I want to nail out
Shitty
Been feeling kinda shitty. Just got out of a busy time in life. School, cheese test, buying a condo. I am 90% set up to just add exercise just having felt it. And I stopped drinking a week ago because I felt the alcohol is consuming me again
