um excuse me yes hello so i know how much of a running joke heinley's bed has become in the remarried empress fandom, but can we take a moment to appreciate the beautiful parallel that this bed, in heinley's room (aka the place within your home that should be most comfortable for you, seeing as you're in your most vulnerable state - sleeping - in it) physically heals navi, while back in the eastern empire, chapters prior, heinley was in her room during her most vulnerable moments, already healing her mental and emotional state? i just think that's very pretty of him.

I never expected that Marius was gonna be my favorite among the four. I'm trying to not get attach to Luke because of the spoilers and also Vyn because he's giving me Lucien vibes. Ahhh doesn't matter. If it's from Mihoyo what can we expect?

I need to Talk about Genshin 2.0!

The Inazuma update arrived along with the new region and new Archon Quests and Story Quests Ect.

I have finished the Archon Quest storyline and I will be referring to specific instances in both Act 1 & 2. There ARE Mild Spoilers ahead.

OK LET’S TALK. Mihoyo Has a God damn good writing Team. First of all, the cinematic scenes, the story line, and the characters are fucking Brilliant. Mihoyo has really put in a lot of effort to make this and it shows.

What I loved most is the way the Traveler has changed. It is SO SUBTLE but you can feel it. Even in the Prologue, with Kazuha and Beidou, you can feel how the Traveler has almost become a colder person. These story quests take place after the Dain quest and They have just lost their sibling again. The impact that this has had on the Traveler mentally and emotionally actually shows through their actions and dialogue options.

To put it Frankly, they don’t give a shit anymore. Originally when arriving in Mondstadt and Liyue, they just helped. Yeah, they fought the Dragon and planned a Gods funeral. Why Not?

But arriving in Inazuma? Oh Boy. They don’t care anymore? The Traveller even states that they will not be helping Inazuma, that they are there to see Baal and then they are leaving. WHICH I AM LIVING FOR!! This is the appropriate response after what they just went through. They have become a colder person and have closed themselves off emotionally. AND it would be incredibly bad writing if they arrived in Inazuma with the same attitude they had when arriving in Mondstadt and Liyue.

BUT they also begin to soften over time and they open themselves up to Ayaka, Thoma and the Resistance as a whole. By doing this they also begin to cheer up and the dialogue options become happier and friendlier. They even go as far as Rescuing Thoma when his Vision is taken away and joining Gorou on the frontline when the Shogun’s army attacks. I love how we are able to see how kind hearted the Traveler is while they simultaneously set new boundaries for themself.

ANYWAY, that’s all I have to say for now. What do you guys think?? Let me know if you disagree or whether or not you like the changes etc. I hope everyone is having an awesome 2.0!

I just love how Lumine tell Venti her feelings honestly. I feel that she's the type of girl who bottles up her feelings and suffer alone but act cool and strong. (Lumine, when asked by Paimon about her feelings after seeing his brother, Aether with Dain, she just said that she's not sad.)

And then Venti here feels like welcoming back Lumine from [their] home and she was like, "I'm tired and sad..." And wanted a comfort and hug but didn't want to say it. And Venti, understanding her actions and feelings, began shifting and lending an ear and shoulder to her. And Lumine's response was a bit surprised and speechless.

I must say that Venti's the one who's is so close and have a deep relationship with the traveler.

Teucer: Big brother told me that fighting isn't about looking cool, it's about knowing the reason why I'm fighting. And I want to protect sister Tonia!

Lumine smiles at Teucer. That's very sweet of him, she thought.

Paimon: Your brother told you that he would teach you how to fight when you get home to Snezhnaya, didn't he? So why would you want the traveler to teach you?

Teucer: I really miss my big brother a lot! But so is brother Anthon and sister Tonia! I don't want to take away all of his time just playing with me. Besides, big brother will be surprised because I've learnt some skills through you, miss nice lady!

Lumine: Well, let's take a break, shall we? Teucer, what do you want to eat?

Paimon: Yay! Finally! I am really starving for so long!

The three went to Qingxu Pool just to find Childe busy with the new recruits. It was getting dark but Teucer wanted to stay and waited for his brother even if he was sleepy. Lumine decided to take Teucer at the Wangshu Inn with Paimon. After that, she went back to where Childe was and wasn't even surprised that he wasn't even finished.

It didn't have to end like this. The only way to assure Teucer was to make a pinkie promise that she would await for his brother. Later, Lumine sat on the grass under the tree and eventually fell asleep.
