I’m pleased to announce that the Hotel Phillips in downtown Kansas City invited me to display some art. My large ArtStax! Installation is featured in the front window and can be seen from both the exterior and interior. This Reflections series of ArtStax! utilizes my photography of a wide variety of objects ranging from the ordinary to the world-renown. Bridges, buildings, bamboo and rebar are equally reflected and reorientated into unique, yet similar patterns to create an intriguing, wholistic experience of otherwise disparate subjects in one installation. Also displayed in its P.S. Speakeasy are my newest framed landscapes. A pop-up shop in the lobby features “Happy New Year” banners, 12” x 16” prints, table-top sets of my ArtStax!, and pillows. See the front desk for purchase of any of the work. You are invited to visit the Hotel at 106 W 12th St in Kansas City, Missouri at your leisure - but be sure to wear your masks.
