rodents- hamsters, gerbils, rats and mice - upgrade cages to have no squeaky wheels and more tubes! Take in mice that appear in apartments and care for them.
birds- parrots and parakeets - teach them simlish!
reptiles- snakes, lizards, bearded dragons
more!- spiders, stick insects, maybe horses
phobia traits could evoke bad moodlets of snakes and spiders.
become an expert of taking care of creatures!
extra fish care - use correct foods and tank waters
more animations for relationships
bring back snuggling in bed while sleeping!
present wrapping / giving / receiving on birthdays and special events
graphic design / fashion design
more home careers - therapist, masseuse, ability to work from home on other careers.

greenhouses! - grow seasonal crops all year round.

sculpting with clay- with an animation for lovers, like from ghost. make pots and vases to paint and put bouquets in.
sewing- grandma can make an itchy sweater for the grandkids. Or increase the skill and make wonderful warm jumpers for the winter.
fixing old/ cat scratched furniture
florists - customise a bouquet and have it delivered to your home or to another’s!
jewellers- buy a beautiful ring to propose with, or a new set of earrings, necklace or watch as a present.
chinese / indian food delivery! - why just pizza?
An open world - let me drive a car around, or catch a taxi or call for a suber (sim-uber) also for less loading time please.
Heights of sims variations - teens smaller, have a long line of tall or small sims due to their genetics.
Kids can keep piggy banks and save up simoleons for candy!
Blenders! Make custom smoothies
Write down recipes and make a cookbook that other sims can learn from
Have a special family recipe from ancestors
Leave food in the oven! Who stands there waiting for a turkey to cook? Big meals should be able to be left to cook and a beep should go off when its done, like the new laundry stuff.
bad moodlets for bad hair days
brush your hair and buy special products online to improve hairs health- positive moodlets from good shampoo and conditioner!
have a hairdresser or become one
stores or restaurants can be underneath apartments
SEMI DETACHED HOUSING - two households living on the same lot, have actual neighbours like living in an apartment block.
final exams for teens and kids before aging up, having stress. depending on their revision will give them a grade and certificate.
dentists (maybe at the hospital or separate place)
bad breath moodlet affecting others too, from lack of brushing
fillings and check ups that cost simoleons
older sims using false teeth!
babies, as they are, are just sitting melons that you poke every now and again
