It seemed that the closer Clear got to Aoba, the more joy he felt. As soon as the other was within his reach, hands would slide themselves around him, their bodies pulled together in a hug that would indeed make the bluenet’s heart race. Burying his nose into Clear’s scarf, amber eyes would come to a close, enjoying this moment as if it would be their last, he supposed, that past events may have played a part in his behaviour, but he paid no mind to it, instead taking in all that Clear was. “Yeah.. Much better.” His head would tilt, just enough to press a small kiss upon the two moles that dotted his skin, he’d pull back from the hug, fluffing up Clear’s hair with a fond smile curving his lips, nothing but love held within his eyes. “Hey— Do you want to come in for a bit-? It’s cold outside and, I’d like to spend more time with you.” He asked, teeth catching his bottom lip in worry, though he knew all too well that Clear would never say no to him.

It wasn't until he was secured in Aoba's arms that he wondered whether it was normal for one to feel this at home with someone. His love for his master was endless, and yet there were times when when he asked himself whether this felt different for one with a beating heart. He wouldn't dwell on it for long, though, as it no longer mattered. Whether it was different or the same; whether a beating heart determined what 'forever' really was --- he understood. He understood, and that was enough for him. I'm glad," commented Clear, happy to have been able to set his partner at ease. He disliked the thought of Aoba being in pain, and he was always close enough to know when that was. There were times when he knew he needed his space, though, and in order to award him that time he lurked where he usually did: the building's roof. It wasn't much of a secret that he loved it up there; where the stars were ready to fall and where the endless stretch of black reminded him of a night at the sea. There was one thing he loved more than any of that, though, and that was the one that stood before him. Both his eyes closed at being kissed; the skin that was affected tingling even after he'd pulled back. He wanted to offer him a kiss in return, but time was something they had plenty of. --------- "Hai!" And then, just as all the times before that, he sounded like a child invited to play. Spending time with Aoba was his favourite thing, after all! He couldn't wait to ask Ren if he could fluff his hair again, too!
