AOUV music headcannons cause why not
-Briony and Gavin probably have the same spotify workout playlists and don't even realise it. They both vibe intensely to Hell's Comin With Me by Poor Man's Poison and only notice when Reid points it out, after which they begin denying it vehemently. -Reid practically lives and breathes electronic nightcore. He has listened to every Odetari, 6arelyhuman and asteria song to exist and has them on repeat. -People tell Isobel that she looks like she listens to Lana Del Rey, but in truth, the only artist she can relate to is either UPSAHL or EMELINE.
-Elionor is a Swiftie at heart, but if anybody but Carbry talks about it, she will curse them. -Finley used to only listen to the songs Briony used to show him, but began trying out other stuff after they broke up, especially if Carbry likes it.
-Carbry was convinced by Elionor to learn the drums. It was his way of escaping the shy, quiet world he'd built for himself. Much to everybody's surprise, he took to it like a fish to water. More surprisingly, most of the songs he learned to play were by Maneskin. Once, Carbry played Honey!(Are You Coming?) for Finley and Elionor and they were left with their jaws hanging open
-Alistair and Hendry actually have vastly different tastes in music. Hendry listens to practically anything and everything, but he has a soft spot for Omar Rudberg and Isabel Larosa (basically anything that elevates his slutty boy persona).
-Alistair listens to Will Wood, Mother Mother and Marina and the Diamonds religiously. His and Gavin's playlists are actually very similar, and it's one of the things that brought them together. I will die on the hill that Arms Tonite by Mother Mother is Gavin and Alistair's song.
-Diya, much like Hendry, has a wide range, but hers is even more inclusive. She listens to Hindi songs, K-pop, even German music, as long as she can vibe to it. Her faves are Paris Paloma, Mamamoo and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya.
