Hey, y'all.

I don't really post on this account due to the adult nature of most of my recent stuff, but at the moment I really need as many eyes on this as I can get.

My family is nearly 2k into debt (extremely high here; minimum wage is three euros an hour), they're about to turn our gas off, my new job only covers basic groceries (and will pay out in a month) and my mom is having trouble getting re-employed because she's over 50 and has been stuck in an abusive relationship she's financially dependent on for two years, and on top of that we only have a tiny bit of dog food left for two dogs. So if y'all want to help us not straight up lose our house and feed the dogs...

Any little bit helps. If you don't have enough for any of these, I can also do little doodles for ko-fi donations.

Goodmorning to the Anthropic Claude AI training scraper that suddenly decided to request 660 thousand pages (exactly the number I had remaining on the starter plan) and brought Pikiwedia down. 

Sudden switch from diverse user agents like chrome, safari, messenger preview to Just Claudebot. I'm not even mad though, this is maybe the funniest thing possible, because I've inadvertently poisoned their training data with thousands of fucked up articles with normal urls. 

Pikiwedia perseveres, back up with a better robots.txt. I hope Anthropic has a gery vood time with Pikiwedia's data :))

If you ever hear the phrase "fascism is aesthetics as politics," that's what this post is talking about.

It's not about being tough on crime, because the absolute toughest most brutal measure you could take against "crime" as a social problem is to alleviate poverty, and increase access to education, healthcare and social mobility.

It's about performing "tough on crime" as an aesthetic by enacting violence against a prop, i.e. minorities and the impoverished, who are fetishized and objectified to represent "crime." They are brutalized as punishment for crime, but never with the purpose of alleviating the problem of crime.

This is why a lot of conservatives and other right wingers can get straight up angry when you suggest things like reform or social measures to reduce crime. They don't want crime to be reduced, they want an eternal war against "crime" because it provides an arena for the righteous to demonstrate virtue by brutalizing their enemies.

Would anyone want a little pride bust like these? (this is a rough draft)

- 30 eur for two expressions

- doodles and background are up to the client

- neckwear options are collar, bandana and scarf/ascot, plus pins or such for secondary flags
