Of course, we all want to be successful in life. We all want to be able to live our dream life away from all the struggles and constant worrying about our day-to-day problems. But to achieve success you need to adapt, evolve, and that means mastering changes.
Enable yourself or another to become a more effective and authentic person, one who can evolve and change from within to realize a better future.
Becoming an authentic person takes hard work!
To become great at any endeavor, whether in your career, your family, or your community, you must use the unique strengths you were born with and develop them to the fullest, while acknowledging and learning from your shortcomings.
In most cases, people must work hard to shape their futures. They endure disappointing defeats and rejections and search for many years to find the right place to flourish. They are each required to make the journey to his or her own soul, to find out who they are, where their real passions lie, and how they can become more effective, so they can shape their futures.
Personally, I did not have a distinct reference text to help me when I was young, so I made up my development plan as I went along, with the help of my father and mother, employers, close friends, my wife, my son, and some important mentors along the way.
After searching for role models for many years, I learned that I could never become a great person by emulating someone else or by minimizing my shortcomings.
If you are aiming to be like somebody else, you will be merely a copycat because you will think that is what people want you to do. You will never be a real person with that kind of thinking. However, you might be a real person, unpredictable by following your passions.
What should you do to make it happen?
Many self-help books offer a quick fix or provide the reader with seven or more easy steps to follow. Unfortunately, a person's development does not usually work that way, and one rarely becomes a great person simply by reading a book for a few hours.
You need to go farther than scratching the surface. You need far more, such as reflecting on the following:
What is an authentic person?
Can I use short cuts in life?
How can I get rid of my guilt?
What about walking around in a circle?
Am I at the right place at the right time?
How can I ask for help?
Should I drop the ego?
Can I keep an open mind?
Can I cultivate the ability to think for myself?
How can I stop making excuses?
Can I think positively?
Can I balance my life?
How can I become a more effective learner?
What is a life-development program?
Is reading important?
How can I find the right mentor?
How do individuals and organizations respond to change?
What are the reasons for resisting change?
How can I be patient?
Do I want to become a great leader?
Can I become a strategic thinker?
How can I become a great Parent?
How can I become a great communicator?
Do I need to surround myself with people better than myself?
Is success, an accident?
Should I be sensitive to other people's feelings?
How can I have the courage to say what I think?

To realize your potential in life, you need a detailed development program that will enable you to shape your future. That is the purpose of Change Your Future, Now! - to help you to develop a clear and detailed program for your personal growth and happiness in life. I encourage you to have as many experiences early in life as you can.
Do not sit back and wait for these experiences to come to you. Seek them out! Then after each experience, you should process it by going back to your development plan to see what changes you need to make and/or to determine the future experiences you should have.
Remember the following fundamentals; they will help you to change your future: You will need to discover your authentic self as soon as possible; you will need to remember that you do not have to be born with certain characteristics to be able to shape your future; you will not need to wait for a tap on your shoulder to start; you will not need to wait to be at the top of an organization to start; and the most important, you will need to remember that you are never too young or too old to change your future.
I encourage you to be completely open and transparent as you look inside yourself and answer the very challenging and difficult questions posed about what you think you should be in the future.
You need to explore your life’s story at a deep level to understand who you are as a human being, where you fit in in this world, how you can impact the world in a positive way, and how you can leave a legacy.
I hope that you and many others can transform business organizations and institutions, the nonprofit world, governments, education, and religion, as you bring authenticity to the world and encourage others to do the same. Your enthusiasm to become authentic will indeed make this world a better and richer place for all of us to live in.
At this point, it is important to keep in mind that changing your life for a better future is your sole decision!

A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Your attitude determines how you live your life. Even if, at a given time, your choices of action are limited, your choices regarding your attitude are not.
Always opt for a positive attitude and thus you will better manage the stress of life.
If you have a positive mental mindset, you can deal with stress and negative situations in a much healthier way. A positive attitude makes you happier and more resilient, it improves your relationships and even increases your chances of success in any endeavor.
Having a positive attitude naturally leads to a more optimistic outlook on life. Rather than thinking the grass is greener on the other side of the fence, you'll feel as if like you're already on greener grass. You will see the positive side of most situations.
Surely you will face disappointments and failures more easily. They'll still be tough, but you'll get through it and bounce back. Not only that, but you'll be able to accept that things happened the way they did, rather than being in denial.
Those with a negative attitude will dwell and ruminate on negative events.
Also, you will be more sensitive and understanding towards others. With a positive attitude, you learn to see the thoughts behind people's actions and why they may have acted the way they did. Rather than jumping to a harmful conclusion, you will be able to understand where people are coming from.
You will be more grateful. A positive attitude will teach you to be grateful for the good things in your work and in your life. You will approach each day with an appreciative mindset.
Obviously, having a positive attitude is hugely beneficial, but it's easier said than done. Having a positive attitude makes you more creative and can help you make better decisions.
To top it off, there are studies that show that people with a positive attitude live longer than their embittered counterparts.
Below, you will find some tips for creating and maintaining a positive attitude:
Get into a morning routine: how you start your day sets the tone for the rest of the day. Make sure you have a morning routine that boosts your attitude and puts you in a good mood so you can start your day off right.
You can start your day by dragging yourself out of bed at the last minute, rushing to get ready, then running out the door with a donut in one hand and your briefcase in the other.
Or you can start your day with good morning habits. Wake up early. Early risers reap many benefits. Some of these benefits include:
Being able to follow your morning routine calmly and quietly instead of being rushed.
Take time to review the planned milestones for the day and get in the right frame of mind. The quiet morning hours are a great time to get things done.
Exercise daily, it will wake up your body and mind.

Watch your sayings: use positive words when talking to yourself. Positive self-talk can boost your willpower and help lift your spirits when you need to complete a difficult task. Plus, it can calm you down when you're worried or anxious.
Use the power of humor: people who know how to laugh at themselves and at life's nonsense have a terrific attitude. Your sense of humor is a powerful tool, and you can use it to improve your mood and emotional state at any time.

Their positive attitudes can only rub off on you and you can face the world with renewed optimism.
