Hiking w Izuku Midoriya as your boyfriend
Summary: pro hero bf izuku takes you on a hiking trip
Ooh evb come inside my mind house for a second a listen to what ive been thinking about recently::
Imagine going hiking with Izuku, your boyfriend, on a very specific route that was recommended to him by a few pro heroes and the days prior to the actual hike all he does is geek about over how cool he thinks it is and the different equipment you guys should pack.
He drags you to like 10 different shops in one day to get 'professional hiking equipment' and when you complain about being bored he swears he's only doing it because its his duty as a pro hero and boyfriend to ensure your 'safety' although heβs clearly having too much fun, and then reminds you of the times you drag him around shopping.
And you hate that hes right and your way too unbothered to think of counter argument so you comply and let him continue lecturing you over tents and trekking poles.
When the day arrives for you guys to go hiking, you want to back out sooo bad.
Mostly because you weren't listening to the things Izuku was saying due to how boring and uninterested you were. And when you finally get the courage to tell Izuku, only minutes before he turns the engine on to start the drive to the area, all he does is chuckle and tease you about your sudden change of mind.
"Aww," he cooes, while pouting at you, and gently grabbing both your cheeks. "Dont tell me my pretty pretty girl is having second thoughts about such an easy little hike?"
The teasing easily gets to you and you break eye contact and stare at your thighs. "..I just can't do it Izuku," you mumble, voice soft with and slightly whiny. "Its too hard..I dont think- its just that..not everyone is a big strong pro-hero who can just do things like this"
"Well thats why I took my sweet time to explain to how we would go about this," he moves his hand down your neck and past you shoulder to your arms and intertwines his fingers with yours. "Besides, you've got your own big, strong pro-hero who will make sure your taken care of the whole hike."
Before you could protest he brought your fingers to his lips and pressed a light kiss to your knuckles.
Then another to your shoulder.
Then another to your forehead.
and of course you fall for his evil tactics.
which you regret later in the day when you and him finally reach 500 m elevation gain and your huffing while downing your 3rd water bottle in 2 hours, meanwhile he seems perfectly fine even offering to hold all your stuff for you even though hes holding most of the heavy equipment.
and all you can do when he asks is just stare at him, way too tired to response or cuss him out for encouraging such an activity.
Stupid izuku and the stupidly cute smile on his face.
ugh and those arms of his.
You had gotten so up in your head about him that you didn't even realise you were spacing out.
And when he frowns and asks you if your ok you just ramble on and on tears welling in your eyes (most likely from the heat and sand)
"Im so tired Izu and you've been so patient even though I was so unprepared and am obviously slowing us down, and you're always so sweet and I dont tell you that enough.."
He just stares at you confused on where this is all coming from.
"And also I dropped a hair pin like 15 minutes ago and I really want it back and I just cant go back but I also dont want to force you to go back becuase thats mean and overall im just really really tired." You finish your ramble, sniffling, and staring up at him.
And Izuku just stares for a moment, only because he really loves the random words of affirmation, a bit too much considering he got slightly hard 30 seconds into your ramble.
He also does feel terrible now knowing that you had were tired, had lost something and didnt tell him especially since he did promise to take good care of you on the hike. If anything he felt as if he was in the wrong.
Then he extends his hand towards you, gesturing you come closer.
And you do as he pulls you into a hug, holding you tightly, calming you down as always, before literally showing you his solution to your problems by adjusting the bags across his bag, by the straps, tightly and lifting you off your feet and onto his waist.
Although you 100% hated the idea of him carrying everything including you, you were too restless to physically remove yourself from him, and even if you tried Izuku wasn't about to let you further tire yourself out.
And best believe when he reached 600m and finally let you down so he could set up camp, he sits you down on a nice grassy area and makes sure you dont have to lift a finger.
And his explanation for letting you rest is because he feels bad about the hairpin π₯Ίπ₯Ί
