I am reading this book titled “Black Pain” by #terriewilliams, and it is a great read. It is time to #endthestigma and take the shame away from not being okay all the time. Don’t just check on your friends, start with yourself. Are you really doing okay or have you just convinced yourself that it would be better if you just said you were?
