One dead as trains collide at Disney World

ONE person has died after two monorail trains collided at the Disney World amusement park in Orlando, Florida, CNN television reported.

The network said the accident, the cause of which remains unknown, occurred at about 2am local time (4pm AEST) today.

The victim was one of the monorail drivers.

Due to the early hour, the trains had very few passengers who were not hurt, CNN said.

The accident is under investigation.

No LAN Support or Consoles for StarCraft II

According to Blizzard, there will be no LAN support for StarCraft II, nor will the game be available on the current game consoles.

According to both Browder and Sigaty, support for local area networking (LAN) was still a topic of discussion, nether confirming nor denying LAN capabilities. However, Pardo immediately provided a profound "no," saying that Blizzard does not have any plans for LAN, nor will it offer support. Apparently, the only multiplayer option provided by the game will be through Blizzard's free Battle.net service.

Starcraft 2 to be Released as Trilogy of Separate Games

Shacknews reports that Blizzard has chosen to release the much anticipated Starcraft 2 as a trilogy of separate games with each release focusing on one of the 3 factions.

The first game in the trilogy will consist of the Terran campaign, and will be called "Terrans: Wings of Liberty." The second campaign will focus on the Zerg and will be called "Zerg: Heart of the Swarm," The third campaign will be focused on the Protoss and will be called "Protoss: Legacy of the Void."

The Nintendo DSi is able to connect to an online store similar to the Wii Shop Channel,called the DSi Shop. Users will be able to download DSiWare games and applications to the internal memory or the SD card of the user's DSi system. The DSi will be released in Japan on November 1
