Genderfluid culture is when you have a form of imposter syndrome, being completely convinced you’re faking being genderfluid when you feel your gender assigned at birth, and then having the same imposter syndrome when you’re the opposite of your gender assigned at birth

Seriously, genderfluid is like the imposter syndrome identity. No matter what gender I am in the moment, I question whether I’ve ever actually been another gender and whether or not I’m just faking it and the label never feels quite right because you can’t feel genderfluid since it’s fluid that’s the whole point

Being genderqueer is an odd experience. For me, it’s so weird because nobody is ever going to see me the way I want to be seen due to the binary standards of society. Like I wanna be able to wear a dress one day and then dress super masc the next and just be seen as me. My perception of my own gender fluctuates often and it’s just kinda odd to know that nobody else can see that unless I tell them.

I am once again asking people to stop degendering multigender and genderfluid people, especially to justify how we can fit into specific definitions of sexualities instead of just letting us define our orientation and what it means to us for ourselves. I promise you, it is not appreciated by a good portion of the community.
