Azurella couldn’t remember Hogan all the time. She struggled with her memory to be honest so she started keeping a notebook. Writing down the most important things about her friends.

It made her happy to know that she could look back in her notebook and remember all the cool details.

Recently, one of the notes she kept regarding Hogan’s favorite food and the secret she had learned to making the recipe perfect was gone. She looked literally everywhere but could not find it… so off she went to tell Hogan the bad news. Hogan, who was she jokingly call old man, he didn’t seem to mind. She told him if he did mine to tell her and he hasn’t said anything yet. She doesn’t say it often, but when she does, he always laughed

“Hogan?? Hey, bad news… I lost the recipe to your favorite food. I need you to prepare as it’s the end of the world as we know it.” That last sentence was her being sarcastic. She didn’t actually think it was the end of the world. Azurella trusted herself enough to be sarcastic around Hogan.

Their friendship was that good, she could say very few words and he would get what is going on without needing to ask. Because that’s the type of friendship they had.

(Ooc disclaimer: Hogan is one of my favorite characters. I adore Hogan. He is very dad coded)

*Lavinia approaches the General after hours, when the office is quiet. She has a small basket in her hands, filled with 3 muffins, a herbal tea mix and an envelope.*

I know Valentine's Day is meant for lovers primarily but... I kinda wanted to show you my gratitude today as well. After all, it wasn't for you... I would never have come to Holistone. And me and Valen would... never have come to be together.

*She extends her hands to give Hogan the gift.*

So please, have a wonderful day yourself, knowing that I am forever grateful that you granted me this second chance at life. Truly...

Marilyn chuckles lowly as she walks over to Hogan, standing quite closely in front of him. Prompting her to tilt her head up to meet his gaze. Wavy pale-blonde hair flowing in the gentle breeze as she shoots him a warm, affectionate smile with a coquettish gleam in her onyx-black eyes.

"How about a big hug for this mighty, studly warrior? You've been hard at work keeping Holistone safe and you look like you could use company for your break. What do you say~?" She opens her arms and gestures, showcasing the figure that's usually cloaked in hermit robes. The only way he could tell she's ditched those were the Dura's Tear necklace she still wore.

〖The General is momentarialy surprised by the boldness, but again, this is a "version" of his old friend, so surely there's nothing to be worried about〗

"Company, you say..."

"I hold my word, Magister, if you wish for a hug then you may have it."
