Iām not gonna find out whatdatmean for TWO WEEKS because the fucking childās getting shipped up to work at āthe camp.ā I donāt even know what the camp is. Heās sent there every summer to work. Idk what else heās doing up there, but you know. Canāt watch Jojos when youāre working 48 hours a week in the Canadian wilderness.

Making a Jojos stand user OC wild as hell why was I able to whip up a stand name with a reference to an album I like, give it a main and secondary ability, and somewhat design it. I have the users personality and what he is like with the stand. I canāt figure out what regular ass dude name to give him.

No more pro-revenge stories and no more anti-revenge stories. What we need in this world is more āeven if it does feel good to do, getting revenge is not a āinstant trauma processingā buttonā stories. Not even sure what that looks like but I feel like thatās the most sensible take on revenge.
Random Jotaro headcanons I have because his continued presence in this story makes me think more about his offscreen life (note: I am only like halfway through part 5 so if I happen to be right about any of these in a way that will spoiler later parts pretty please with sprinkles on top do not tell me. You can laugh but donāt give context.)
- Even though he def locked the fuck in after missing hella days of school and is totally a smart guy, he definitely still underperformed (for his abilities) but did well.
- I think he still didnāt wanna fuck with Japans competitive ass higher education system and studied abroad. Probably America. For some reason I imagine somewhere warm. Probably bc that seems like a nicer place to study marine biology.
- Took hella electives in undergrad. Maximum credits allowed every semester. Knocked every single one out of the park.
- I saw his cute lil tropical fish aquarium during his part 5 cameo. I know he absolutely does not play about that aquarium and is the problem for at least two exotic pet supply stores about it.
- As a little kid he was definitely one of those kids who struggled with whatever the Japanese equivalent to Kindergarten is and had like a week where he was a bit tantrum prone bc he definitely was raised in a household where he was never told no and always got what he wanted. He 100% is able to get with the program and becomes the sweet boy we hear he was before becoming an edgelord.
- I fear even after he matures he definitely reads as a guy who was raised by a Boy Mom(tm) at times.
- I feel like his insistence on always seeming like heās the most nonchalant guy ever is going to or already is actively damaging aspects of his life tho. I feel like heās the kind of guy who will let his life go a little to shit despite the good things in it by his refusal to manage the bad.

My thoughts on part 5 now that Iām deep in (like 20 eps in):
- holy shit Giorno is a cold as mf sometimes and I love that for him
- on the opposite side of things, the amount of times people weāre rooting for are like genuinely on the verge of dying is stressful
- my fave of the crew so far is Narancia, which surprised my friends who figured Iād pick Fugo (I do like Fugo). I also think Mista is really fucking cool (because he is). But I love a silly character who can lock the fuck in. Also Aerosmith is so cool.
- I still think we are going to see my good personal friend Jean Pierre. Listen, I got spoiled by some fanart and know he returns in *a* part, and in my opinion it makes sense for it to happen in the part that takes place in Europe.
- the stand battles have been so nutty in this part too. They really have gotten super creative and I love that. The difference in battles Jojos has compared to other Shonen shows (esp ones focused on battle) always keeps me coming back.
- I still find it very funny that since we got stands, regardless of actual power the stand has, the main character stand has to be good at punching real fast.
- also, back to protagonists, I really enjoy how Giorno is written. Both in the way that some things are really cool, and some are kinda silly. You can really tell heās got like, a Joestar spirit with the soul of Dio (if this sounds like it makes zero sense, it probably does make zero sense, my meds do weird shit to my head before they kick in). The magical change to blond hair deeply amused me also. Sure. That can happen. Who knows what bros genes look like. I also found it very funny that he just naturally adopted a philosophy that allows him to have the same punching shout as Dio. But I love how his personality has him on a quest thatās honorable with a level of steely determination that means he will execute it as directly as possible and with total elimination of all obstacles.
- also Iāve just been sitting here a lil surprised that Giorno exists bc Iām ngl Iāve just been kinda running on the assumption Dio was just killing everyone he got with if he wasnāt adding them to his thrall. Curious to know how much of an anomaly Giornoās mother was bc like if thereās others thatās like a non zero chance thereās more ppl like Giorno out there. I donāt think plot wise that would happen but like thatās definitely someoneās really cliche OC for sure and itās actually plausible.
- for all of the characters in general, Iām really liking them, but I am so scared. Idc if part four had a pretty good run and we left that with our Jobro alive, part three having half the squad wiped was traumatic and I know it can happen again. I literally said āidk if I should get attached to them I know theyāre gonna dieā and my friends got mad at me for that cold detachment. I was joking mostly and ended up getting attached enough to scream in horror when I was 100% certain they just iced out Mista during a mid-part fight. I know someone dying though. It would be too easy if they all lived.
- also the opening is a banger, but I know I also ought to be reading into the visuals and all I gotta say is hashtag watdatmean
- kinda pleasantly surprised with Trish. Jojos has been pretty inconsistent with women thus far. She was kinda set up to be a living macguffin/potential love interest (at least in my eyes bc so many female Jojos characters either are love interests or mothers) but theyāre giving her a little more it seems. Iām curious where things go w her mystery stand. Still lowk think sheās gonna end up with Giorno solely based on the fact we need more Jojos, and thus far I know Jotaro has a kid (thank you hot topic t shirt wall for that) and Iām of the opinion that Josuke isnāt having kids. Thereās no way in hell we arenāt getting two lines now for more wacky shit to happen to. Also they are all (minus Fugo) are putting their asses on the line for her. Sheās going to be mad important

You know, when I've remarked that a lot of the responses to my posts feel like people are just plucking out keywords they think they recognise based on the shape of them and replying to what they imagine the post says based on that, the possibility never occurred to me that this is actually how many American schools are currently teaching kids to read.
