Yesterday 29/10/21 - Geo India Foundation has donated 6 medical grade oxygen concentrators and 8 sanitary napkin vending machines to the Mr. Radhakrishnan IAS, TN Principal Health Secretary. Health secretary has inaugurated the sanitary napkin vending machine for these four Government Hospitals - ICH, RSRM, IOG & KGH Chennai on the event held in children's hospital. With our Wonder Women Care initiative, Geo India Foundation will provide free sanitary napkins to public who are using the vending machines at these 4 hospitals for lifetime. Yet another attempt by Geo India Foundation in providing sanitary napkin to the public. Through this initiative patients and attenders in these government hospitals can avail our menstrual product from these machines when needed. Napkins are made available 24/7. We thank God for Rev. Fr. P B Martin’s life and witness during the past several decades. Rev. Fr. P B Martin served the church and worked for several thousands of people who belong to underprivileged community, especially he dedicated his life for uplifting the life’s of tribal and other backward communities for more than five decades. Rev. Fr. P B Martin’s contributions and his significant contribution in getting law for panjami land rights is most appreciable. Also he worked and succeeded in getting basic rights for underprivileged communities. Words may not describe his commitment and sacrifice he has done for the society. As we mourn his passing away, the Geo India Foundation recognises and remembers her invaluable contributions to the society. He will be remembered as one of the great human being. We take this opportunity to convey our sincere condolences to the members of the bereaved peoples, families and the archdiocese of mylapore. Today 30/9/21 - Geo India Foundation's ( Wonder Women Care) in association with State Women Commission and Rotary International has inaugurated sanitary napkin vending machine and Sanitary napkin incinerator machines at Puzhal women's Prison, Chennai. Yet another attempt by Geo India Foundation in providing sanitary napkin to criminals and prison inmates. Meeting the menstrual hygiene needs of all women prisoners is also fundamental issues of human rights. Yet another attempt to provide sanitary napkin to the all walks of people who are traveling in a hurry at Southern Railways. Through this initiative passengers traveling in trains can avail our menstrual product from these stations when needed. Napkins are made available 24/7. Geo India Foundation continues its emergency support to India’s COVID-19 pandemic response by providing additional lifesaving supplies. A oxygen generation plants was successfully donated to Chennai Corporation's Communicable Diseases Hospital in Tondiarpet and installed the plant at the hospital. This plant can support oxygen supply for the hospital beds. By building more oxygen systems, we can respond to the current emergency as well as a range of health needs over the longer term.
