You don’t even get to become an adult anymore you just get stuck in the permanent initiation stage of getting your money and soul molested and being forced to humiliate yourself in front of the world so it can judge if it can make your soul useful for the death machine that is its heart. And your judges are people you could just beat and strangle if only you accepted permanently living under the penalty of death and being thrown out of the “human” world. Everyone in that world is somehow happy with this arrangement because they volunteer to give as much of their blood as possible to the machine and they are the ones who insist the hardest that everyone else has to do so too or else accept being kidnapped and ritually sacrificed while everyone cheers or shamefacedly averts their eyes. The people who lose their minds from their inability to accept living like this are the sick ones and everyone forms a consensus around humiliating them by allowing them to rot in the streets or believes they should be reprogrammed into voluntary slaves. Literally the only thing that could ever save us from this is pure hatred cruelty and evil inspiring people to set the voluntary slave world on fire without a care for whatever soulless lint people are consumed by it. But the evil needs enough force to save us or else it only reinforces the happy little good people who gently fasten the chains that the lint people have wrapped around the world’s throat
