okay... this post is for the aromantics, by an aromantic. the more i un-learn amatanormative thinking the more i realize that romance is just another religion that they try to make us believe in. Romance seems to be felt by allos as this spiritual calling, like it's god talking to them. Romance is shoved in your face by allos like how preachers shout at you about jesus on the street. they've warped the heart into thier symbol of faith, like a cross. Alloromantics try and force romance on you and how it's the right choice and how it makes you feel whole.... DO YOU GET MY POINT YET???

And yes, i do a lot of things that society considers "romantic" (hell im even getting married to a best friend in a few years time) but i do it in a secular way (aka: with no romantic intent behind it) just like how an atheist still celebrates christmas and easter. I LIKE CUDDLES, I LIKE LIVING WITH SOMEONE AND PLANNING OUR SPECIAL DAY..... ALLOS PLEASE STOP FORCING YOUR BELIEFS ONTO US AND LET ME DO WHAT I WANT!!!
