Kegging day for @gethoppd #Autobahn #Cider. Brewed with #simonaitis #yeast. Flew through fermentation in 4 days. Currently have a #cider brewing away using Simonaitis yeast, temperature between 30-35°C and under 16psi of pressure. Bubbling away and the @gethoppd “brewery” is smelling amazing.
