Been a while since I’ve done one of these so let’s get to the nitty gritty:
IRL: Meh news is that I had an informal 3 month review at work and my bad habits from my old job are noticed here. Going to have to work with my team to work on breaking said bad habits so that I’m not let go. Anxiety spiked quite a bit because of that and while thankfully I have medication for it, I’m still bummed that I let myself get to this point :[
BUT FOR GOOD NEWS! My birthday is next Sunday and I’m going to Universal with some of my college friends to celebrate! Never been before so I’m excited to see what it’s like. Already got some presents YIPPEEEEEEE
Couple of conventions coming up, but I’m going to try to be responsible with budgeting to avoid last year’s situation of attending nearly 5 conventions in a row. Oh and a bunch of concerts I want to see, too fffffffffff.
Anime: I’ve admittedly dropped quite a few anime this season. Eren the Southpaw, Liar Game, Always a Catch, and now Agents of the Four Seasons come to mind. As such, I’ve had to alter my watch schedule a lot. Mondays we have Witch Hat Atelier. I’m enjoying it so far, and hopefully I can experience the hype the fandom’s feeling (mainly I just go DAGDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA). Tuesdays is when I watch Daemons of the Shadow Realm since a LOT of shows this season are on Saturdays. I’m looking disrespectfully at Jin along with both Left and Right (meaning I find them attractive). Wednesdays are for Go For It, Nakamura. I love the art style, and while I’m not fond of the second hand embarrassment moments, I do like when it shows heart (such as Hirose saying they’re friends already). Thursdays and Fridays are now for Paradise Kiss. I was originally thinking Nana, but I wanted to be timely before the summer season started. Different kind of drama than I was expecting, but I’m only on episode 7, so who knows. I do like the Franz Ferdinand ending. I think once I’m done with this, I’ll either finally rewatch the Zanpakuto arc of Bleach or get back to watching Hoozuki’s Coolheadedness. Saturdays are my highlights with both Iruma-kun and Akane Banashi. Former I’m a bit sad the dub doesn’t cover the musical tracks anymore, especially since this is the music festival arc, but hooooly moly Lilith’s Carpet was incredible. I like the tango part with Sabnoc the most. And I’m really enjoying Akane Banashi. I got reminded of when I did a similar theater style back in high school (staying in one position working on eye contact and vocal range). Sundays are for Digimon Beatbreak to which I yell PANJYAMOOOOOOON NOOOOOOOO and now just Mao. I’m hoping they stick with the horror mystery angle. Mao himself also reminds me of Black Jack hehe.
Video Games: I’m going through Raidou Remastered in Japanese now and am recognizing a lot of seiyuu in it oh boy. I’m also checking in my Tomodachi Life island every now and then to see if romance has blossomed (it barely has augh). I tried Homura Crimson Warriors since some of the seiyuu I like are also in it, but I read a review that disliked it so now I need to clear my head for a while before I get back to it. I might still be biased towards Hakuoki in terms of historical otome games. But yeah, we’ve got Summer Game Fest during my birthday weekend. No clue if it’s going to be good or not.
Fic writing: I got to the point in my Bleach fic where the throuple’s now official; problem now is figuring out dates all 3 can go on. Either the ideas I have suggested to me have been done already, or the ones I come up with are focused on 2/3rds instead of all 3. May I please ask for assistance?
Can’t really think of any specific music or songs I’m focusing on at the moment.
Youtube dailies: I tend to watch let’s plays and reviews more often than not. Not really sure what I can discuss while hyping it up as something to watch. (Plus now I’m using these as background noise as I either scroll through my socials, eat, or play games rip)
Anything on Twitch? Eh, not really that much.

Collection updates: Decided to bite the bullet and slowly crawl back into Fire Emblem Cipher cards, specifically any relatively cheap signed ones. So far for signed I have Xander, Jakob and I think his name is Shirogane from TMS#FE. WHY MUST KAZE’S BE SO EXPENSIVE AAAAAAAAA. For plushies, thankfully I was able to preorder the Bleach Sanrio collab ones I wanted. And for game collecting, I’m making good progress on my Wii and GameCube collection when I can. Got my main wants, at least. Part of me wants to try Dreamcast but hhhhhh controller looks really funky
