I decided to get a bomb pop from the ice cream truck! More bang for my buck. Someone saw me walking with it and said “Wow that looks good!”

Picked up my dad’s present(s). I got him two different kinds of seasoning for grilling! One is for steak and red meat and the other is for chicken. It’s by Traeger which is a popular grill brand so they’re pretty legit! I picked him up a card yesterday. Tomorrow while he’s working out I’m going to go pick up an ice cream cake for him. It’s his favorite.

Also, my mom will be making him osso bucco - an Italian dish that’s slow cooked beef or veal shanks in what is typically a white wine sauce. It’s one of his favorite meals.

Today my apartment complex is having a free ice cream truck for all the residents at around 1:30pm. I’m definitely going to get a free ice cream!

Chat I did not have a good night. I puked my meds up and also had an IBS flare that did not make it to the toilet. So I was cleaning my bathroom floor past midnight. Gross and terrible. I’m still flaring this morning and still went to work which in retrospect was probably a bad idea
