meet-cute - (in a film or television show) an amusing or charming first encounter between two characters that leads to the development of a romantic relationship between them.

Seriously though, the way this scene is shot it feels like it was lifted straight out of a romance movie, but the music they put on top of it is SO LOUD and SO SINISTER it's hilarious.
