Protein pancakes were a semi win. Need to add more protein to them but they taste great and we're the right amount of fluff. Next time I'll nix the powdered sugar. Did it for aesthetic. Looks delish!

Taking a rest day today. Much needed. Going to the gym 5 times a week is great. And I'm seeing results. Not big, but I don't care that no one else sees anything yet. I'm doing this for myself, not anyone else. There's a running joke about me becoming a bodybuilder at work, and I don't mind. I have so much respect for people who put that much work into what they do, that it's kind of awesome that they think I'm aspiring to be one. Hey, who knows. Maybe one day. hahaha
So tonight, my back was killing me. Hasn't been that bad for a while, but I've noticed the ache is getting more frequent, maybe once a month or two. Used to be less than that. And used to be only at night while i was already in bed. Now it starts while I am active, working, etc. I was at work when it happened today, and I thought i was going to die. I couldn't wait to get off work and hit the gym, but I didn't know if I could manage anything if the pain didn't go away. But, once I foam rolled my back, immediate relief. It was awesome. And now I have to get my own foam roll. It's the only thing that works for almost immediate relief. And then I just did cardio, Hour and a half of it. Will lift tomorrow after work. Can't wait. =]

I love my workouts. I love my trainer. I love everything. And I love protein. And I think I need a shower, but I'll be online for another 15 minutes while the dye sets in my hair a bit longer. Decided to put more pink in it before i hit the shower. And then back to the gym, because I can get my eyebrows done there. Loving my vivofit. I love everything right now.
so wednesday was cardio. And that left me sore like no other. But it was great. And then did more circuits Tuesday and last night. Working out after work is working way better for me, as long as I remember to grab my gym bag before i leave or work. today, well, i feel like blah, but i may end up at the gym for a bit. What I need is to get my eyebrows done, and i may as well work out if i'm already there. If i decide to go get someone to do them for me. Which is not a bad idea. Need to get a nice shape in there.
Yesterday was rest day, and I'm headed back in today after work. I'm pumped. Still sore from Saturday, but not enough to keepe away. And I can test out those wireless earphones I got. We'll see how good those really are.
mmmm thats what i needed for sure. Got my but served to me on a silver platter. great workout and delicious protein shake after. I can't wait to see real results. I love the fact that I decided to get help to get to where i want to be. now, if only my sister would get me my long overdue christmas and birthday gift... i am thinking wireless earphones? any recommendations on those?
