Set the vegetable broth on low heat in a large pot. Mix some hot broth with miso paste in a small bowl until the paste is gone. Put the mix into the pot. Green onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic should all be added to the pot. After 4 to 5 minutes, the noodles should be soft. Roast some eggplant and add it to the soup. Enjoy while hot!

Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup frozen corn kernels. 1 lime, juiced. Tortilla chips, shredded cheese, avocado slices, and cilantro for serving.
Instructions: Diced chicken, black beans, tomatoes, green chilies, onion, garlic, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper should all be put in a slow cooker. Turn the heat to low and cover. Cook for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is done and the flavors are well mixed. Just before serving, add the frozen corn and lime juice and mix them in. Add tortilla chips, shredded cheese, avocado slices, and cilantro on top of the hot dish to serve.

Put oil in a deep pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Spoonfuls of the potato mix should be dropped into the hot oil. To make sure they cook evenly, flip the bhajias every so often while they're cooking until they are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oil and drain it on paper towels to get rid of the extra oil. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce to dip it in.
