Sweet Art Cookies and Treats
This S'mores Popcorn Munch combines the classic flavors of s'mores - chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers - with the crunch of popcorn for a delightful snack that's perfect for movie nights or gatherings.
Ingredients: 6 cups popped popcorn. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 2 tablespoons butter.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 300F 150C. In a large mixing bowl, combine popped popcorn, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Pour melted butter over the popcorn mixture and gently toss until evenly coated. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is melted. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into chunks. Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this fun and colorful gluten-free snack! Leprechaun Popcorn is a delightful mix of sweet and salty flavors, perfect for parties or movie nights. The green candy melts and gold chocolate coins add a festive touch to this irresistible treat.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup popcorn kernels. 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 1/4 cup green candy melts. 1/4 cup gold chocolate coins. 1/4 cup green sprinkles.
Instructions: Set the coconut oil on medium heat in a large pot. Wrap the popcorn in a lid and add it to the pan. When the popcorn starts popping, shake the pot every so often to make sure it pops evenly. When it starts to pop less quickly, take the pot off the heat and let it sit for one minute. Move the popcorn to a large mixing bowl and throw away any kernels that haven't popped yet. Follow the directions on the package to melt the green candy melts in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Pour the melted candy melts over the popcorn and gently toss to cover everything. Add the green sprinkles to the popcorn and toss it again to spread them out. Last, add the gold chocolate coins and mix well. Take a break and wait a few minutes for the candy coating to set. Serve your Leprechaun Popcorn and enjoy it!
